Great video man! this video was super helpful.
Wago’s may have been easier to use instead of old style wire cap nuts. Great video and thx I think I will plan on a wall switch for mine.
Completed my install but the I didn’t do a wall switch. I planned on a GFCI switched outlet but that duplex (switch and outlet) was not as expected. The outlet has power all the time and the switch was to wire another target. Instead I will pickup another Wyze WiFi outlet and that way I can program the towel heater for when the kids wake up. Plus the WiFi plug has a switch built in which is easy to use if the outlet is conveniently installed which mine is. I did want to hide the power feed to the towel rack but wasn’t keen on cutting an outlet size box in my tile. I think I’m happy with how it turned out.
That was really helpful, thanks!
Can someone advise for me... How do you turn this wonderful item the absolute on or off!?!?
You hit the power button on the face of the rack. As long as the switch on the back side is not in bypass mode.
I would much rather use a terminal block that fits inside the leg for a straight in-line connection rather than using wire nuts - too easy for them to come loose and short out - just My opinion.
Oh that’s what I just said before reading your comment. Wago’s are great!
That is some janky wiring.....
