That is a Gerber Profile fixed blade knife. I am surprised you haven't mentioned a Mora Companion in carbon steel or stainless or Marttiini skinner knives are nice in 420hc stainless. Some people use their Rapala 4" fillet knives for cleaning game as the blades are so thin and easy to sharpen. Buck knives are in 420hc stainless and heat treated to be harder than Case knives also in 420hc stainless.
I've been using them for a long time and I love them but this xmas my brother got a few little pocket folders with our ranch man on them and whoever was on the grinder of the knife I got had to be wasted lol
Reading the title of the video I thought I would see the well-known top nail clippers (knives) of the Americans again. I mean the top skinning knives from 2000-2023 open Buck, Razor, Havalon and Mora. I try not to label those who present them as skinning knives thinking they are living room hunters. With the exception of the Mora they have a non-existent handle for hunting use, the short length makes the knife completely lost in the hair of a deer or wild boar. The Mora has an anatomical grip but is too thin and pointy for hunting use also the Norse sharpening breaks easily on contact with bone, it is for woods only. The knives you presented seem sturdy with a strong and anatomical handle, correct size and geometry, they are suitable for skinning.
@@BeaglerBassFishingOutdoors lol hey seriosly tho check out the lansky constant angle sharpening system it works every time. stupid sharp knives easy to use especially if you get the clamp so you can clamp it to the table and the thing is cheap tune em up on a 40 block to straighten the wire between sharpenings and you are good to go
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Heb 9:27) For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. (1 Timothy 6:10) And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:15) For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? (Mark 8:36)
My favorite is the case 366 made back in the 60s and you can still get them for around 100 bucks, i just got another one used for 50 off ebay

Thx for the info!
Carry the case ridgeback in my waist bag and the lightweight hunter gut hook in my day bag. Best hunting knife is a case.
Thx for watching!! I agree.
