Just so happens Alex that I'm sat here in my Up N Down SM hoodie drinking Yorkshire tea from the SM mug. But to get to this mug I first had to move the C6, Hilda and the Clement Up N Down mug set. 😄

Not a pointless video, i got a radio from a donor car and wired it into my cinquecento, speakers are poor quality and it eats my tapes when it feels like it 😢

If the front of the radio is removable take it off and clean the the contacts on the connection with electrical contact cleaner or WD40, worth a try.
Ahhh the memories of a chewed up tape drifting in the wind and a w@nk mag in the hedge….. my childhood 😂
Another trick with the AA battery is establishing the speaker phasing. With the battery one direction the speaker cone will move in, the other way, out. If you make them the same in each speaker hook up, the phase will be correct.
Also good choice on crash test dummies. Hope the tape survived. :-(
Top tip never buy anything goodmans they we're always terrible even when brand new. Chuck it in the bin and save the and fit another. Something like a pioneer or philips would look great for that era and it will work every time. Have fun.
