Hopefully they'll still be as relatively affordable ...I'm working on tracking down my next go to cheap model car to mess with ... will be reporting back soon on that one 😀 I think I've found it
Yes! I never had a Cinquecento with this engine, and to me, it always looked like a series of pipes and tubes - but no actual engine in there. Interested to see how much boost it can take, with the compression ratio being low. How are you planning to control it?
It really does just look like lots of pipes 😀 with more pipes further turbo as well I'm not sure there'll be any engine left to see.... fueling will be controlled by a boost activated additional injector ..it's a very simple but effective option
@@wornoutracing I rememebr extra injectors, screwed into the plastic plenum that sits on the TB.. that didn't have a name and ended up commonly being known as a 'bob'. I guess an FCD to stop the ECU from seeing boost on the MAP sensor and getting upset too
@@wornoutracing I love these algorithms.🤣 I only mentioned that Zgrywus Garage has already made 899 Turbo and even Biturbo on his channel. It turned out to be quite a strong design. I'm curious about your results.😁
@@wornoutracing There are more videos there, but they appear once every six months and you have to search a bit. If I remember correctly, the single turbo kit was sold to other UA-camrs from MotoKoty channel. It was installed in an off road Seicento.
Looking forward to this series. Some day I'll get one, when the kids get older!

@@wornoutracing yeah they are only going up in value and I'm in Ireland and we don't keep old cars well.
Colour me intrigued - best of luck with this one, mate!
Majorette cinq in the shelf 👏
Much as I love the cinqs, you need a lupo or an Aygo just for views your channel would blow up.
Oh I'm for sure branching out at some point..
I have a 900 sei, sorted suspension, brakes, wheels&tyres and the shell is lovely, I’m going to watch this series closely and play along
@@timrathbone1321 sounds like a great candidate for a turbo 😎 I'm really hoping it all comes together as I plan.
Oh one more project that u will never finish...
This is why I've only said I'm building an engine.. I'm know myself well enough to not promise a car it's going in 😀
👍

Yes exactly that ..it'll just need some time to get it all working properly.. but should be ideal for the boost it will run😊
Was my previous comment deleted or dit YT algorithm hide it in "to be reviewed" section?😅
@@MArcin91 I feel like you might have been chopped by YT ..I haven't seen any other comments from you 😀

@MArcin91 yeah I've seen the bi turbo one..crazy little build... I really just want to see how well it does and how far I can push it

why you ask? well why not.
This is my thinking exactly 😀
