Los Mobile
While I would love to see Los mobile I don't like the risk it has .. because it's a reseller(As far as I know) and att can shut that down real quick. But hey if yall wanna see it happen I guess.. idk something doesn't feel right.
@@CloudPixel Los Mobile is not a reseller!!!!! It has been shown by Carlos accidentally that he has a legitimate confidential mvno agreement with AT&T. This cannot be shut down and the contract cannot be breached by either side.
I've been looking to switching to this. Thanks for uploading this. I even rewatched your old video on the best att plans and this now helps me make my decision more.
Made the switch from Mint Mobile. So far so good. Was a little time consuming to port in number, had to speak with customer care.
Awesome video as always love the quality content you consistently deliver.
I had prepaid by T-mobile for almost 15 years, $30/month. But AT&Ts $25/month (paid all all at once, $300) was just a better deal, by a better provider. I usually only use around 4gb a month, so I always have around 12gb a month because of the role over benefits; this has come in handy a couple times during the last two years because I was in a rural area in the mountains, and was able to use my phone as a hot spot, which of course eats away at data.
I'm confused because it says no Hotspot for the $25 plan ?
Great video. That's a lot of work you put in. Thanks a ton!
I know these videos are mainly for solo line users but when a plan has the group discount, could you also go over those
My friend works at AT&T and he said AT&T is facing out prepaid from their stores, if you try to walk-in a store in LA they won’t help you unless you are already in a prepaid account. Just thought I’d share with y’all.
Somehow I agree, I am
New in LA, they given me postpaid plan for new connections. They don’t have prepaid options in their store now.
They do own cricket so they probably want their pre paid customers on that.
Facing out prepaid??? What do you mean?
@@parisbeech2180 if you walk in asking to activate a prepaid plan, you will be redirected to activate online
@@itswednesday591 sweet thanks for the info
Recently left AT&T prepaid. Prepaid Customer service and billing system was horrible. Sucks because the actual service was great.
Yes, AT&T does need to fix their systems.
:(
you are a cutie
You are right on time! Thanks for the information!
Thank you so much for this! I do currently use ATT, but am looking for prepaid for my android box to use for streaming. 👍🏾
I know the plans could change between now and April/May 2023 but the AT&T prepaid unlimited plus plan looks great for me for when I visit USA on vacation from New Zealand AT&T as always seemed to be my favourite option for US mobile carriers but till now I have only been able to use T-Mobile as it was the only one that was compatible with my New Zealand iPhones but I just found out my iPhone 12 Pro is AT&T compatible
I would like to create an email on a Prepaid Phone--- -
Do you know if I would need an email address already to buy and turn on my Prepaid Cell Phone??? ?
I like at&t prepaid but signing up was such a headache for me. The automatic activation didn't work on my end so I had to call a rep to do it.
Do you remember the number you called ?
Me too and it took them 3 days to get it working for me. What a waste...
Hey do you guys know if this phone plan is pay by the month? Like if I wanted to use the phone for a few months paid then let it go off plan is that an issue? Also can you use the phone in activated as a wifi phone? Thanks
@@nocturnalme3549 Prepaid plans are strictly monthly. Meaning that if you don't play after the month. Within 2months the plan shuts down and the account disappears. Unlike Postpaid. So you pay basically till you feel like you're done. Then just let it drift away.
Wifi phone? Mean if you're at home and connect it there? Some phones will have the ability to share home wifi from the phone's connected wifi and hotspot it out. Like a wifi extender.
I'm switching from straight talk wireless to att prepaid, it's the best out there, especially if you have a dual sim unlocked phone.
How about for traveling outside the US vs. tmobile one? I will miss my in flight wifi and international coverage.
Had them back in 2007-2008-2009 and 2010 just went back to them not to long ago the $30 dollar a month plan work's for me if ur on wifi most the time I only use my data for my gps or map's when needed
I can't seem to find the Signup and activation process video for AT&T Prepaid. Please share it.. Love the video and content
I actually enjoyed AT&T Prepaid when I had it. Can't really remember why I left. Wasn't crazy about the 22gb deprioritization thing at first, but I never felt it was ever applied.
Yea I have the unlimited plan for several years now...I have never experienced being throttled down...i stream alot of video also
So if you watch UA-cam videos you can only watch them at 480p?
@@daveorlando8031 no full HD
@@carpediem4887 then why is he saying if you get that option your streaming will be 480p
@@daveorlando8031 Plans change all the time, it may have been 480p at the time, currently it is "full hd." Don't let that alone decide anyways because you can just vpn and have hd on any phone plan regardless lol.
As always great explanation
Hi Stetson ...
How about doing a video on best prepaid with international roaming (international other than just Canada or Mexico).
At&t offer that for $35 a week but that's like for 5 or 6 countries in western Europe.
I've not found anything better can you cover this ?
They also have a Family / Group Plan structure for Prepaid. This includes a $10/ Multi-line discount. Considering this for my wife and I, where we could both get service for a total of $50 or $60.
Thanks for the info. FYI, I called AT&T prepaid and they said domestic roaming is not available for prepaid customers.
Thanks. That’s a deal breaker for me.
Does at&t prepaid price go up after the first year? I'm considering switching from my $30/mo T-Mobile prepaid plan to the $25/mo at&t prepaid plan at Walmart but would hate to lose my grandfathered T-Mobile plan only for at&t to jack up the price.
I have had all of them. Overall ATT prepaid PLUS is my favorite. Main reason is because you get priority data (no data throttle) until you hit over 22gb. This means you get the EXACT same download speeds as the postpaid elite plan plus 4k streaming, 10gb of hotpot and 5g speeds.
I would like to create an email on a Prepaid Phone--- -
Do you know if I would need an email address already to buy and turn on my Prepaid Cell Phone??? ?
You are actually wrong in this regard because postpaid elite is in QCI 7 which is higher than the postpaid extra which is at 8(which also has premium data), while deprioritized is at QCI 9. If you want go back in the video where he talks about speeds you will notice he refers it the unlimited extra while unlimited elite has noticeable higher speeds that’s because there uninvited plus uses a QCI 8 instead of 7 like the postpaid elite. I would recommend checking his video in att speed test across all plans.

Can I be able to use a sim card on an iPad for video streaming ?
What about any extra fees besides the actual monthly payment?
Would you review Consumer Cellular’s plan? They market to seniors.
I had the unlimited plan was OK spotty coverage in South Florida biggest complaint was customer service is non-existent I tried calling several times and waited almost an hour every time and the people were not that knowledgeable
I'm currently on the 60 dollar monthly plan. At&t offers me the 40 dollar monthly plan (supposedly new) being that I've been a long loyal customer. Should i stick with the plan I'm with? What's the difference out of the 60 dollar and 40 dollar monthly plan?
AT&T just released a 45/month Unlimited Max plan with 5G and HD streaming but it's only exclusive at Walmart. It slows after 22gb assuming it deprioritized.
How do you get and esim with pre paid plans because none of the workers I talk to think it’s possible they only know about esim’s for post paid plans . Would you have to get a regular sim then get and esim card so you can transfer the physical sim to an esim ?
Redpocket annual plan does offer 5G so wouldn’t it be better to go with them?
Hi i really need your help..
Is this at&t prepaid sim only able to use for spesific phone?? I bought prepaid sim and use 15Gb $40, on android Vivo Y53s, it's 4G phone and i wonder why the data won't working... Please reply..
Im on the 15GB $40 plan right now and its really good, speeds are much better compared to Mint especially in congested areas. Im probably gonna jump to Red Pockets $30/mo annual plan though, same network (with 5G too unlike prepaid) same features, and same priority data (QCI 8) with 20GB of data.
I agree! I think jumping to Red Pocket would help you save a lot of money 👍🏻
@@StetsonDoggett Not only that, i still cant confirm yet but I think Red Pocket might also not have a UA-cam streaming cap. For some reason ATT Prepaid took off the option to turn off stream saver on the 15GB plan so im stuck at 480P, or 720P but with longer buffer times. If Red Pocket truly does have uncapped video im jumping immediately because Id really like HD UA-cam.
Iam on redpocket mobile. The customer service is awful. I've only needed to use it twice. The minutes arent really unlimited. Like every MVNO they prioritize the main carriers calls. At least thats been my experience when I use it for Verizon.
@@mra.4466 i heard that red pocket on Verizon can be a nightmare but its fine on AT&T
@@InsaneFire10YT Good point. At this price point the 20 GB option seems very reasonable. I like the 8 GB plan because of hotspot.
Update: on 9/3/21, I discovered that the unlimited plus $50 auto pay discount is gone now it could now only be sold for $60 with auto pay.
Hey what is the best plan I can get that has a ton of data? I travel for work and average 50-75 gigs a month. Thank you
Hi, can you do a video on your floating, Imac? i want to start doing that too to my ALL IN ONE PC
I’m new to this but I was wondering how can I cancel my phone plan with at&t so I can just get a prepaid plan instead
Prepaid is better than postpaid.
I don't like 15gb data plan wish they have it higher 40gb a month or 50gb

Good to Know
Not really prepaid is not better than postpaid the only prepaid that lets you use more than 100 Gbs is Net10 and Simple Mobile I had simple mobile but customer service representative messed up my Sim card dude left me without service when I called customer service dude said the Sim card number doesn't exist on their system they did it twice to me so guess postpaid is safer maybe I don't trust no carrier they all the same garbage I have now att prepaid the $40 plan and 15Gb is nothing toe I waste them watching movies in 3 days or 2 they need to give us more maybe 50Gbs but to that's not enough.
I got the unlimited plus plan because I saw this video on my pixel 5 visual voicemail works in the native dialer
What about Textnow Sim card, is it good? 🤔
How do you get group savings on prepaid unlimited $50 autopay one? ATT said that they don't have group savings for it
I want to know if i can use a u.s locked at&T cellphone with a México at&t chip without my cellphone unlocked?
Is the 50$ unlimited data plan pretty fast as cricket wireless more plan or is it full speed
Tried to change from their regular high price service to this monthy and they tell me I have a better plan? Getting ready to go to consumer cellular
Can AT&T do the same as mint mobile do bulk plans and have the unlimited data plan 22gb I’m tired of paying 65$ every month I need to change carriers but with AT&T or can they do bulk plans as well
what if you go over the 8gb monthly?
what would be the difference between AT&T prepaid plan vs Cricket ?
Is your visible party still going on? I been thinking about switching and hoping on that thing would help my bills if it's still active
Yes the visible group is still open and I'm already in it too.
I do not see a link for the att prepaid activation guide it was not linked in the description.
Lol, I haven’t quite created it yet! It’ll be up soon!
When I had prepaid I noticed I wouldn’t receive voicemails until days later, if I even got them. Once I switched to regular plans I didn’t have any problems. Only reason I’m skeptical to go back to prepaid
I wish you would update the AT&T prepaid review. Signed up 5 months ago 300/12 mths. More than enough data for me with rollover and travelled to Canada for 10 days with not one issue!!!
Just one question how much is the 40$ unlimited plan hotspot it just says hotspot but how much data is available for the hotspot I’m so lost and confused
Thanks for the video.
Luckily I'm on your visible party pay group and don't have to worry about limits within the 🇺🇸
Visible is trash.you cannot do anything with their data speed during daytime
This was a really good review
I have the $300 per year plan and love it
Will these phones run Android Auto if data is supplied via in-car WiFi?
Question. I have the $40 15gb phone plan with hotspot. I want to put this sim in a netgear mr1100 for rv camping in the summer and put it back in my approved s9+ for the rest of the year. Will my voice/text/data plan work in a mr1100? Edit: this plan is only costing me $25 month cause I'm in a 10 phone account. It also has roaming which red pocket doesnt have.
While you get more bang for your buck with Red Pocket's $40 plan, I think AT&T Prepaid's $40 plan is better for one reason: you get AT&T support in case there is a massive issue with the network.
I'm staying with Att or cricket wireless can somebody tell me if the att 15gb premium data plan good cuz I live in Chicago IL and att is very fast and great service
I agree ATT post paid my account sucks! Too much clutter! ATT kept me a happy customer when they upgraded elite users to unlimited data!
Stetson does at&t offer esim ability? I read once where you had to go into a store only? Thanks!
They do. I have prepaid unlimited plus and I am using esim.
@@calgreen44 can you sign up online and activate or do you have to go in store , prepaid is what I’m looking into
I signed up online. That’s the only way to get the $50 price.
What unlimited plans do celebrities and millionaires/billionaires use? Do they use the standard plans found online or do they have special deals with verizon/AT&T/Tmobile?
They are likely on either some form of business plan if they started a business, or they are on just one of the regular unlimited plans from the major providers.
My iPhone 8plus is paid off. I want to switch my plan to prepaid and get a new phone directly from Apple. Could that work? Should I sell my phone online? Does Apple buy phones?
Does AT&T still have the 50$ unlimited plus plan
Does the att prepaid have the thingy where they cut you off if you use more then 50% of your usage while in Canada or Mexico?
I think it's 2/3s over a couple months. At least how it is on postpaid I'm pretty sure. Then again if you're in Mexico a lot just get att mexico and roam to the us att.
@@gbux07 Thanks!
Can I renew each year the prepaid SIM card forever? If I’m
Not living in USA 🇺🇸?
Is AT&T still having the promotion for the 70$ unlimited plan or not no more anybody know still is it still available or no
Are taxes and fees included? Also, how do you utilize the esim on signup?
No taxes and fees aren’t included. But it’s not a lot, I pay around $54 a month.
If you buy the At&t prepaid refill on target website then you don't have to pay any tax fees.
I literally got a T-Mobile ad before this video.
Does the prepaid 300.$ one year card at Walmart have the option for stream saver for videos
I believe so
can I get a pre-paid eSIM plan if I'm not American?
example:
I wanna use their unlimited data in Canada because Canadian pre-paid prices are ridiculous
Is it possible?
You need a us address and phone number, and most providers have a stipulation in the ToS saying that you cannot use more than 50% of your data internationally in 2 consecutive billing cycles (60 days)
Tl;Dr: no you can't
Awsome how you turned your intrest into a business
Im having issue with my AT&T internet connection on my $25 plan, sometimes I won’t get no internet at all, i called them and it takes a lot time to fix the issue. Has anyone encounter this connections issues with the prepaid plans?
Hi! New sub here! Wich unlimited prepaid plan do you recomend if the priotiry is to use it as a Hot Spot?
Visible may be your best option. Visible includes truly unlimited hotspot data at 5Mbps. Otherwise you may consider a data-only plan from AT&T or T-Mobile. You can get 100GB for $50. You can learn more about Visible here - www.bestphoneplans.net/carriers/visible And you can see AT&T's hotspot plans here - www.bestphoneplans.net/carriers/att-prepaid#other-plans

Ill be switching from cricket in a couple weeks when i get a little closer to the end of my month, ive been paying 60 a month with cricket and ive had and overall good experience with the only exception being the 480 streaming.
Soon Cricket and AT&T pre-paid will be merging.
@@techzoe3898, source?
I'm looking to leave Cricket because I spent a pretty penny on a new phone that, according to their website was BYOD compatible with their hotspot, and it was for the first few days, only now they seem to have blocked the feature. Their explanation for it not working is that I didn't buy the phone directly from Cricket. They just want to force you to buy phones from them, but they don't offer any worthwhile deals for EXISTING customers. Once they feel you in, the stop caring about you as a customer. I've had it with them.
What is "ATT Prepaid", why do they do what that is and how would it differ from whatever "normal" would be in comparison, and why would having "Automatic Billing" selected make a difference for all that too?
The $25 a month billed at one time payment of $300 with 8gb of data is a setup your own service without the help of AT&T. I have this plan now, and I was a Verizon customer that migrated over to AT&T. The AT&T store would not help whatsoever! The migration only took 3 days to switch over!
AT&T has a deal going on with the annual prepaid. Double the data for the same price.
Nothing beats magenta max right now with 4 lines and splitting the cost between users
Where you get 4k from?
Im looking at the website and it says 1080p streaming max not 4k
Exactly what I thought too
@@bigmeany1184 they say that but in reality you can stream 4k. I don’t have any problems doing that with it
There’s no Mbps cap on video playback. They advertise 1080p but 4K has never been a problem for me.
@@CruxisAngel954 for real? You sure?
What if I wanted to cancel the plan, how does someone do that ?
But how do these plans compare to Mint in your opinion Stetson?
300 dollar annual plan compares well. AT&T has better coverage and reliability in the U.S than T-Mobile (Mint's MNO).
I prefer Mint Mobile because I feel they have a better app and website, and they work properly with more phones. AT&T prepaid is better if you need an unlimited plan, though. Mint’s plans top out at 35GB max.

Have had ATT for a few years. Not a fan. Signal is normally 2 bars max wherever I am. It does not say it in the disclaimers. Will be dumping them by years end.
H20 wireless is good on the att network but I can't do the cap on H20

@@StetsonDoggett they have a 60gs cap

Just go with AT&T prepaid or AT&T postpaid if on a family plan.
@@vibeofthewarrior964 I meant for a single line. For family yeah I’d say AT&T would be the way to go.
I have had the Wing T-Mobile $55-unlimited plan for close to a year now and I have to say I been pleased so far with great coverage and good speeds when streaming videos and such. I never go over the data cap or at least I never realize it and you can use your data as hotspot data up to the limit too.
