  • Hey all y'all Zuk Junkies! I this video I show y'all how to rebuild the Suzuki Samurai 1.3L bottom end. I'll being showing you how to remove the press fit pistons off the connecting rod, getting the new pistons on those connecting rods, how to check and adjust ring end gap correctly, as well as how to install the assembled pistons with rings into the cylinder. I even give a small tutorial on how to modify the stock oil pump to make it more efficient.

    Спасибо за подробное видео ! В прошлом году сам собирал двигатель сузуки самурая 1.3 и так же растачивал масляный насос ,и правда проблема с давлением ушла ! Загильзовал заново блок ,подобрал поршня и кольца ,заменил все вкладыши Отреставрировал головку блока притер клапана ,уже год как все нормально ! Трей ! Еще раз спасибо за контент -очень здорово и познавательно ! Всего доброго!
