It’s so weird living through this era remembering how many people complained about the V8’s and now they have nostalgia and miss them.
Have no problems with Custom Short Stroked V8 Engines. . But ... you already know the answer.
I thought it was the V10s and the V12s.
Weeb's Gaming it was then too. People complained anytime there was a change.
@@squilldx5055 Well now I'm complaining about those ridiculous V6 engines. No more umph, makes F1 overall boring for me.
Weeb's Gaming Yeah, the initial sound in 2014 was bad but after 2017 they got a lot better. But I’m biased because the 80’s Turbo V6’s is my favorite F1 sound and today’s cars just remind me of them haha. The engine sound is getting more high pitched in 2021 too
There is nothing in the world that makes me imagine ridiculous speed like the sound of an F1 V-8 toying with the rev limiter.
ua-cam.com/video/rSd8IWGKxMQ/v-deo.html
Except a v10 playing with said limiter
@@bmstylee The V-10 swill never beat the sound of the V-8. that's just my personal opinion.
@@timhallas4275 both sound really good no doubt
@@bmstylee They do.
I still cant wrap my head around it, that all the pieces are working perfectly together under this tremendously insane pressure and not shattering in a million pieces after the first half of a second.
rel simple..if people wanna make actual high quality equipment ...they CAN...but just won't for the masses ..often because of costs of the materials are extremely high grade
Dude! I know what you mean - I get the same feeling every time I board ANY airliner
Pure music to my ears. Electric F1?Nah, can’t imagine a life without the sound of V8s
electric formulas are boring thats why i stop watching those...and find something really entertaining. the rally
@@miguelpaneda1607 , to handle a car on a dirt road or in the ice is not anybody’s cup of tea. It takes a special kind of driver.
@@miguelpaneda1607 sadly they are also either gonna die or go electric only Synthetic fuel can save it.
@@predatorxfilms6904 Exist biofuels, green diesel (renewable diesel), biodiesel, biogas, bioethanol and hydrogen, all of them you can get from waste and recycled materials, also the eco-electricity, the eco-electricity isn't the future, is just part of them.
You have to take account that there are also interest in the middle and for that reason they make that the electricity looks like a ecological, when produce batteries and electricity production (thermoelectric and hydroelectric) pollutes a lot, the electricity isn't bad, but not for say that the electricity is 100% the future.
Man the amount of fuel going into that engine is insane!
V8 = Symphony Orchestra
V6 = Justin Bieber
V8 & V10
At least it saves fuel and maybe your lungs too+money...
Although I completely agree with unknown user 97, u 100% agree with copo de plastico. Can't beat an old f1 engine for pure sound
Po po poooooo!!
And V4?
😂😂😂😂
@@justsheeeps134 Nah, you won't breath it if you're 1st. Also why not make a V8 as efficient as thia v6?
They killed F1 last year with so many changes :(
RIP V8
TheMajin7 more likely rip v12
@@georgigeorgiev8462 both is good engines and sounds good :)
F1 has been going down hill since the reconstruction of Hockenheim
Georgi Georgiev RIP V6 😭😭
Welcomr v4 😂😁
I bluetooth this to my car when driving

pretend driving an f1
U haul ass!!!!
so disturbing to ur nearby vehicles 😂
Near future - F1 V2 engine plus compressor plus twin turbo 🤣😎💪🏻
Further future: *nO pOLlUTiNg eNgiNEs AlL ElecTrIC*
Reliability problems. Too much stress for the engine means boomboom
I think a kompressor is a turbo in the German language.
@@jonathanmcaleece9834 No.
It is intake air cooling system
Kris Dimen yes your correct. I thought it was a turbo.
Music to the ears
Mustafa Ozdas at the end they was making the French national anthem... it was actual music
Where the fuck else do you get music?!?! Up your arse?
Waste of energy

Omg...the sound of that engine actually made me almost cry 😢
The most beautiful sound of a motor

2018 is the season
Mike Andrews hey 2018 person
Rip v8. Hello 2018 person
Yes, RIP F1.
Que saudades dessa Fórmula 1 e desse som. Era energia pura e dava para sentir, numa largada, os milhares de cavalos sendo despejados. Era espetacular!
After few years... Still I miss so much... Beautiful melody for my ears.
V10 = Orchestra
V12 = Beethoven
V8 = Mozart
V6 = Alvaro Solér
Mozart better than Beethoven
0:52 insane they keep the throttle wide open through a gearchange. Madness!
Even more insane is the gear change takes less than 0.005 seconds
I don't know. While I liked the V8. The Renault V10 sounded so much better to me.
Yes! The v10 had a great sound too!
Of course, the V10 where the most “F1 sounding” engines, they where just the best
This video is for those of you who may have not heard a Renault V10. Check out this link on a 2004 Renault V10 under an engine test: ua-cam.com/video/oBtYb0-JTyg/v-deo.html
Renault 2005 v10 is the best sounding engine to have ever existed in history
@@juampydominguezmartin6709 Won't argue with that, IMO all V10s of that year sound amazing, but the Honda IMO was the best sounding, followed by BMW-Williams.
1:07 that sound! Music to my ears
The engine "singing" at the end is a V10...
Que barulho maravilhoso !!!!!
Saudades dessa época....
Isso é Fórmula 1 de verdade !!!!!
Parabéns pelo canal.
I bursts into tears when ever I hear old f1 v8 sound😢,plz bring them back I miss 'em so badly😭
the blown diffuser exhaust engine sounds really amazing on downshifts
I’ve seen this being performed live. it’s even more incredible up close.
A symphony of 8 cylinders, pure music 🔥
:48-1:30
Goosebumps, chills down my spines and mist in my eyes. What a fucking sound. Such raw power.
Ronco Fantástico !!!!!!
Melhor época da Fórmula 1.
Só saudades........
Today F1 is no longer a sport, it's an entertainment for dictatorships around the world.
and do you also think that the earth is flat huh?
ErikOnPC Most likely lol
The fuck does that even mean?
This dude on some foofoo lame shit
@@wwe316100 Yeah, it's a flat 6 😎
ferrari v12 racing engines make beautiful sounds. the only engine i've ever heard that made spooky and ghostly" sounds was the mazda 4 rotor 787b engine.
Five valves per cylinder is the sound of Ferrari. Nothing is as amazing as the sounds of the four rotor.
objectively the best V12 sound was produced from the V12 Matra, and yes the Mazda Wankel engine did play a specific wild sound
Pure frickin' symphony!! Sent chills up my spine! LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! Thanks for the reminder.
superbe vidéo,et quelle sonorité,merci!
The true sound of F1!!!
I miss the sound of F1 engines back when I used to watch Schumac. It was part of the sport's appeal which is largely changed in today's engine sound.
I am a bike fan but F1 car sound is unbeatable...😍😍😍
It's not very difficult but you can make a bike sound at least like an v8 F1 car, and of course you're going to have to custom stuff. Here's an example of next to no serious mods to the bike and yet it is achieved:
ua-cam.com/video/cTE7CQN3zTw/v-deo.html
2008 engine: Accurate
2011: Absolute Aggressive and Accurate
best engine sound ever
* jz and rb line up*
Am I joke to to you?
F1 ceased to exist when they lost this sound, what we have now is just leftovers
KXF FXK even Formula 2 uses better engines than F1, they still use v8's lmao. So fucked
FreshlySnipes next year they will switch to v6 as well
Wonder if these break down all time like their cars
all jokes aside, enjoy hearing any sound while you still can, it's pretty safe to say soon enough it'll be all about formula E and by then i'm not even sure we will still have pilots, they're already testing A.I. autonomous cars.
now i might be the only one but if that mean they're finally going to be able to do insane tracks with the cars driving upside down on the celling i'm all for it :P
goosebumps everytime i watch this, if only they could bring these engines back
This is amazing, i miss this sound and the sound of v10 engine
I couldn't hold my tears hearing that melody
V8's are just too aggressive
that is music
Man, this is so brilliant, so inspiring.
Gracias 🙏 puré sound !!!!
I’m going to miss performance internal combustion engines when they’re finally gone.
From multi cylinder two strokes of the 1970s to this V8 four stroke beauty.
Esse som é maravilhoso, a F1 não é a mesma.
Unbelievable, really engine, I love it with the great sound
The only reason I start watching F1. Miss that sound.
Brilliant. Really miss this about F1.
Verdadeiramente o som parece uma orquestra, maravilhoso.
Gives me chills, that sounds amazing
Beautiful sound 😍😍😍😍
sound 🤗 king of road finish line🏁
Simplesmente uma das maiores maravilhas do mundo
The sound and emotion. The good old F1.
That engine in a Ariel Atom 3S now that would be the ultimate weekend cruiser
I imagine this engine in my old Fiat 127!
Alexandros Sotiropoulos imagine cops at your rear, slowly losing them...
Ahhh the Renault engine 💕
People really be hating on the most reliable, efficient and powerful engine ever produced, just because of the sound? F1 did not cease as a sport, it just came better, and the 2022 rules are gonna close the gaps even more. It's a sport that uses millions of dollars to make the edge of engineering, and y'all think that the sound would kill it? A true F1 fan just accepts the sport instead of hating on it.
Goosebump central 👌🏻😍
00:47 el sonido de los dioses
This sound is last (funeral) symphony for F1. RIP F1, you were good mate.
Wow what a sound the good old days. Bring em back
I've got to admit, I miss the V8 engines, but the V6 has grown on me and their sounds have improved since 2014.
Waiting for the times when we miss V6 sounds
"What do you do for a living?"
"I rev and redline F1 engines."
sounds like the best job in the world to me!!!!!!

Hope 2017 Renault is going to come back on 1st line...Boring to see Mercedes domination, need more competition...
Hope all you want..
I hope we are coming more and more near to what you want. Renault got its first podium since so many years
Nah sorry but that cheater team doesn't deserve to win a championship anymore!
Redbull got your back
Need one of them in my 180SX : )
Would love to see a documentary featuring the engines of that era
Excellent! l like this video. From PopBoomPop
Ahhh hell naw man's played with throttle too much...I'm crying 😭😭😭😭💕
am i crazy or did i notice they dont use gaskets...
no traditional gasskets. they are a failure point.
Or cambelts
O rings mostly
Great eye... right on
but o-rings get cooked more early than gaskets...
maybe they still use gaskets just didnt show it
Sounds so insanely good
A truly amazing sound
People crying when F1 got rid of the V8 I was crying when they got rid of the V12
No reason to cry. The V10s were better... in every way. From V10 to V8 it was a downgrade but the V8s were still amazing nonetheless... From V8 to V6TH was just HEARTBREAKING. Depressing even...
@@grimm6jack v6 sounds ok but why couldnt they do the hybrid stuff with v8s big oufff
@@theTutenstien It would be to powerful. You get around 1000 HP from the hybrid v6. You would get around 1400 hp from a V8. That is an insane amount of power in a car that weights so little.
V8 V10 & V12 for men
V6 for boy...!!!
Raphaël Lecerf mp4/4?
@@squilldx5055 It's an exception... Sorry
Holy moly, I really want to buy one of these f1 v8
Superbe vidéo ! ;)
for me guys the best era was 2000-2013 i still love if but its no longer the same !!!!
Soko Dedes for me it's '70s and '80s with many technological advancement. Eras after that simply develop what invented there. 2000-2004 were boring with ferrari/schumacher dominance
My best years for F1 was 2010 and 2012, most exciting seasons ever.
Why i am watching in 2019
OMFG This sound is art...
thanks for the goosebumps
🇫🇷❤️
How bad f1 cars are now I bet they're going to be electric RIP F1
2017 cars were the fastest ever created and the most advanced in every single aspect. Besides, there is *no* way they go full electric, that's what Formula E is for, obviously. Yet reducing cost and be more efficient will be a lot better in the long run.
Kris Matriciani 2018 is even faster
@@RaffaBintang-lo5ztLol. Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. That Roadster had help from a rocket. That's totally breaking rules, regulation, and sportsmanship there.
@@jhmatrix F1 is going electric its just a matter of time.
F1 in phasing out the ICE and moving towards electric. Sadly.
This is AWESOME
Feel like in Heaven. This is a SOUND. WOW,WOW.
V6 : UUUURRRRRRGGGGGHHH... *UUUUUUUUUUUH*
V8 / V10 : Goodness, my Weiner just got hard
If you look back at this, from 2006-2013, Renault has 60 victories. That's 60 victories per 11 years, 5.45 wins per year.
Now Mercedes at the beginning of the V6 era till now, from 2014-2016, has 51 victories. 51 wins out of 59 races. That's 17 fucking wins per a fucking year. 17!
If someone still wondering which engine is not one the most, but the most dominant through out F1 history, look no further.
Fuck you V6 Hybrid, fuck you Charlie (S.Vettel 2016).
V6 is not an engine dude. NA high revving V8 or go home
Thanks for the video..i really missed the sound of real F1..
A work of art
now if they could build a car engine with gear driven timing instead of finger traps pressed into belts or paper thin chains that would be great.
?
They played this at the F1's funeral.
I love these types of videos... 🥰
This is so satisfying..
La vraie Formule 1.... Le vrai moteur V8 atmosphérique. Quel gachis.
And now comedy engines are ruled by mercedes 😂😂😂
Music to my ears❤️
That engine sounds incredible..
