Following The Path of Plants From NYC to Peru with Paige Sommer

On this episode we invite a woman I met over a year ago in a Somatic Breathwork training I was a part of.
Her passion for the power of plants has taken her on a miraculous healing journey all over the world.
She is a student of plant medicine and astrology, a breathworker, and currently a huachuma apprentice.
Now a resident of Peru she is continuing to follow that passion using modalities that include the breath in our lungs, the voice in our hearts, the plants that surround us, and the cosmic world within us.
