You explain better than the doctors or therapists. One your doctor clears you physically and you know you’re ok, you have to stop believing your symptoms so they go away which takes time to desensitize. Thanks, Im on the mend. Praying for you all, Jesus gives true peace.

The horrible thing for most anxiety sufferers is that they experience symptoms without "feeling" anxious, I honestly don't get how people can get worried about symptoms when they are experiencing panic. I am not saying that if you have symptoms without feeling anxious it would be considered normal and you shouldn't go to the doctor, its just that because of hyperstimulation that can also happen.

@@princessegohoungo2142 Hey! Since I posted that comment I have since pushed myself while excercising out of my comfort zone, before I would always wait until I felt fine before doing a next set for example, but then I started to just go when I felt uncomfortable, but knew nothing bad was going to happen to me. You replying to this comment has made me realize that that was only three weeks ago! I have greatly improved ever since doing that. At its worst I would take like 3-5 minute rests between sets and would sometimes take like 15 minute breaks between excercises, and this was consistent for like 9 months. I cannot even count the amount of times I felt that I was on the verge of fainting in those 9 months. But Its crazy how much better I have been feeling. While my anxiety is not gone yet, I am able to workout without feeling lightheaded anymore (for the most part)! I think all that matters is that you get yourself out of that comfort zone, thats where the growth happens.

Has anyone else experinced thoughts of god not helping you unless you make certain promises? Like for me I constantly feel the need to promise god that I won’t have any sexual relations before marriage.

@@Truerealism747 but its only one thought now like I have studied ocd and it has compulsions and I don't have any so I am confused. Also I have looked into rekligious ocd and it is not the same as what I have experienced.

15 mins earlier I was like.. Unsubscribe, or i'll keep assurance seeking.. im somewhat 80% in my recovery.
Early evening, i shared this channel to a colleague who mentioned his wife has weird symptoms despite just out of hospital & surprised such channel existed.. Now it felt weird i Unsubscribe as i asked him to look for me if he needs anymore help.
This video came out & i was like NVM whats POTS anyway i dont care & yet i'll give it a look.
5 mins into the video i Resubscribed! 😂 I experienced POTS before hitting 129bpm when standing while bpm down when sitting its so bizarre but i let it be there painful experience but no more now.
Chronic pains often the term used by medical professionals & yet its all rooted with nervous system sensitization.
Now i realized i was not assurance seeking, but looking for more knowledge as i let all symptoms be with me overtime. Its hell, hell of a journey as i look back.
Thanks Mr. Shaan, thank u so much.

      Postural tachycardia I suspect
I had tilt table test today
my heart rate was increasing on tilt table from supine to standing by 30 to 40 beats and was fluctuating between 110 to 130 140
but techician considered it as normal and said ur report is negative as my bp was not decreasing and he said my heart beat is fluctuating so he didn’t supsect any orthostatic hypotension
what is ur advise on it
      is IT POTS ?

I’m sorry, but this is a horrible video. First off pots stands for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome second off. It is not nowhere near the same as anxiety though it may feel like it. This is not an accurate description of either anxiety or pots in my factual opinion, seeing as I live with pots every day.🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ OMG pots is not a symptom of anxiety. What are you saying?
