Same here, it's horrible. They barely have any decent guitars and what they do have is always messed up and in need of service, even when being sold as "new".

Same here if i wanna go to a decent GC I gotta drive a hour into Chicago for a bigger selection of guitars. My local GC had alot of good shit when they first opened but it fell off over time

Nice selection. My Guitar Center (Tacoma) doesn't have UK Marshall or anything Soldano but a pedal. And not a lot of guitars over $1000. It's saaaad.

As someone who lives in Atlanta but doesn’t even know how to play the guitar. It would be sick as fuck dust walking in there and looking at the guitars. Pieces of art really. Which one was this specifically?

I never *shop* at my local GC. What I do is find stuff I like in their used inventory online then have them ship it to the local store instead of my house - I don't save shipping but it's usually only around 30 bucks either way but for some reason shows up in like 2 days instead of 4 to 16.
It stopped breakage 100% when before I was getting like 1 in 4 intact. No lie, I tell them every time I go in (they ask) that it saves time because I was tired of bringing most of the stuff back because destroyed in transit so if I do it this way I figure they'll pack it better and if it's broken after that then I just leave it at the store - but I haven't had to yet. ;-)

Nearly 40 years of life and I still cannot wrap my head around how or why someone would lose a shoe. So weird.
You should do a video like this but at a smaller local shop. Help get them some business and at least in my experience, better service and deals.

If a white Flying V is your dream guitar, get a Greco. I collect them and I find they are much better than the Gibsons they copied and for much less of a price. There are several white Greco v’s on the market right now

My local GC sucks. It’s all dad and butt rock guitars, basses, etc. Good luck going into it being a metal player cause GC Chattanooga will not have it.

The strat for sure but personally I think the star caster is pretty amazing. Overpriced for sure. But it plays really well and sounds great. I literally just played one and fell in love with it. The strat tho must be among the top one trick pony guitars in fenders lineup right now.
