Thanks 4 vid. Observations always take pics b4 & during disassemble to help reassemble especially gaskets & connectors. I have an extra large white gasket left over. Mine was leaking around red gasket in botton where fill tube penetrates main body. Soap entered into motor chamber when overfilled. Will place clear rtv on bottom side around where red gasket and fill tube penetrate, since gasket may leak if I get it working. Suggest everyone do it b4 it leaks. Motor was rusted. Wire on motor corroded off, resoldered. Used staples and alligator clips to test battery & motor, both good 3.5 v battery & motor spins. When cutting seal to open easy to go too deep. There should be a lip on the top part that slides into main body. Easy to cut right through it when trying to open. Cut most of mine off but may not be able to be helped oy thickness of an exacto blade before to reach it. Flashing blue. SH site says flashing blue= charging. Like using battery to test motor if it turns, both are good. I used external 4.5 vdc to test motor & meter to test battery. But if it never reaches solid blue on charge, likely bad board. Verdict not worth taking it apart if broke as can't get boards and odds are between time to opened, better off buying a new one if out of warranty. Don't use soap with too thick viscosity water down slightly if needed. Too thin ejects too much, too thick will damage motor/control circuits. If you have others not yet broken only fill to bottom of fill tube and rtv around red gasket for insurance. It was fun and a challenge if I get it to work by some miracle, will spot seal with epoxy and clamps so easier to open next time. Don't seal completely around if you ever want to disassemble again to say, replace battery if everything else works. 😉

Thanks for this. I had the same issue, motor just was silent. Opened it up and didn't quite get into the glued bit when it just started working again.
For anyone else, after you open the first part, before you get into the difficult glued part, bang the motor section a couple of times on your table, not too crazy but enough to jog a stuck motor. It might just start working again.

I got one as a gift and it stopped working after a couple of years..this is why Americans are broke they find the most expensive way to do something. A regular soap dispenser works just as well for a fraction of the price...

Because someday when your kids are on a Rocketship to Mars they are going to need to know how to fix things and making sure that they know the value of our TV and silicone and others. Not our TV, RTV
