Thanks for this review! You helped me decide to purchase one once I saw it open and with a good amount of space. Can't wait to take it on a trip in the fall. 👍
You’re welcome! I’m glad it was helpful. I still love it. Honestly, the only challenge/flaw I’ve had these past couple years is that little dimple I pointed out in the video, but it’s not that big of deal to me. I just pop it out if it “dimples” in at the top where there isn’t a ton of structure. Everything else is holding up really well and it’s starting to get a nice, slight patina. I have had multiple people compliment me on the bag and ask where I got it from (not that I got it for that reason), but it’s a good, quality, simple bag that I think is pretty timeless. **I will note that I haven’t used it nearly as much as I would have if we were going in to the office (I’ve been full-time remote for the past year and a half), but I’ve enjoyed taking it out to coffee shops and on a couple trips during the time I haven’t been in office.
Thanks for this review. I keep hearing that a backpack will ruin the shoulders of my jacket. I don't wear a suit jacket to work, but I do wear a semi-casual linen jacket (business casual work environment). Is there any reason to worry about this with this bag, especially with the suede lining of the shoulder straps (which I presume would cause it to be slightly abrasive on the jacket)?
Hmm, that’s tough to say. I haven’t experienced that, and can vouch that the suede lining is quite soft (though may be slightly abrasive). That said, I don’t regularly wear it with a suit jacket, so don’t think I can give an anecdotal answer. If you do try it out, I’d love to hear your experience. Also, the handle on the top of the backpack is sturdy, so I think you could carry it by that on the days you have a jacket if you get concerned with the wear.
Np. Surprisingly well! They are quite comfortable and are not fraying at all. I kind of wondered the same since they’re on the thinner side, but they’ve been very comfortable and durable
Firelye it’s great! It’s holding up just fine. The only thing is it does occasionally “dimple” at the top as I mentioned in the video, but all you have to do is push it out and it regains it’s shape. I would recommend it!
I have no idea the actual weight, but I would say it's not too crazy heavy...it's fine for me walking in to the office a quarter mile. I know that's likely not what you're looking for, but hope it helps.
Thanks for this review!

That’s great to hear! You are more than welcome. I hope you enjoy it
How is it holding up now? Were you paid to post this?
Thanks for this review! I've been looking for reviews on this bag so glad I found yours! How is it holding up almost two years in?

Thanks for this upload.
my ONLY concern before pulling the trigger are the straps. how are they holding up? and do they bear the load adequately?
