How much water to be used to cook one glass of Matta rice and how much time?
This only removes the Kanchi partially. Otherwise this is a regular cooker.
The other cooker is more efficient than this. Name of the cooker is Straino which removes Kanchi from bottom of pan. More efficient.

Rice grain generally donot stick to the vessel if rice is cooked by draining water.

No pressure indicator available in Ultra as in Prestige cooker; when lid will open after cooking; u have not mentioned this

I have been using it and found that what ever water I kept excess than my normal pressure cooker only draining out and the rest is just absorbed by the rice as the normal pressure cooker. The water remaining is not all at looking like KANJI just transparent water like. Am using 5.5 lts capacity and am really worried am I eating starch free rice.

Yes it is available in Amazon
After sale services are poor. The inner vessel is damaged, and I could not get get a new one. And that to I am residing in Coimbatore city only.

"வடித்த சாதம் உண்பதால் டயபடீஸ் வராது என்று நிரூபணம் ஆகி உள்ளது" என்று கூறுகிறீர்கள். இந்த நிரூபணத்தை நீங்கள் எங்கு கண்டுபிடித்தீர்கள்?
