I don't believe you understand how the Constitution works. The Constitution was written to restrain the federal government, not the people. The Constitution does NOT grant any rights. It was the STATES who gave us the Constitution and gave rise to (what was supposed to be a very limited) federal government. The Constitution charges the federal government with GUARANTEEING our rights. Most people never had a decent civics course, and that causes errors in how "We, the People" understand what the feds are supposed to do (and it isn't very much).
As the saying goes, "opinions are like armpits - everyone has them, and they all stink." What matters more is whether the stuff you're spouting is objectively true, and done in love more than malice or greed.
