2 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup All purpose flour/Maida (100 gms)
Oil for frying
Chocolate sauce for serving
COATING:
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 tsp cinnamon powder

I tried it and it turned out Delicious even more than expected. The measurements were perfect, the churros were crunchy from outside and soft from inside and were not even too sweet. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Kanak, I think the recipe needs modification. When I fried the churros as mentioned in your video, they started falling apart! Then I thought of frying the churros on high flame and they turned out amazing!

I made this recipe for my family and overall it was okay. But when we bit into the inside, you could taste the uncooked chewy dough... I don't think it was the recipe's problem but just make sure to fry the churros a little longer.

I tried this but I failed when I mixed the flour, It got very soft almost runny dough.. idk why 😅. But I fried it anyway and It tasted soooo good!! I will definitely try it again and hopefully it will work.
