I don't usually write a comment, but after hearing and trying to understand how this new school works, I had to write. If I'm correct, the school lets the students, within reason, set their own goals? This is so amazing. As an educator this approach of allowing the students to have some control, take responsibility, make goals for themselves is AMAZING!! It's very forward thinking and develops a sense of ownership, and accomplishment in the child. I love it!!!
Sorry for the sad days, but as you know, that's part of growing up. Praying and Believing for God's Very Best Always!!

Don't worry; they will adjust to whatever situation comes their way. God has blessed them with the survival tools. You are steering them in the right direction. Don't second guess. Military children (me and my siblings, my children, also my grandchildren) adjust to different cultures and environments all the time. Being able to adjust to different situations makes them well rounded individuals. Trust God; they are His future warriors. They will survive anything thrown at them!!! It hurts us, parents more than than the children. Remember who they are. They are O'Campo!!! Strong Kenyan and Filipino ancestry!!!

I think it's so unfair and not good for Tzuriel's development that he is made to "play" inside. That is not kind nor is it Christian-like. He probably feels like an outcast. It could make me 😥.

I have three children and we are an active duty military family, we move every 2-3 years and sometimes, every year. Making friends regardless of genders, is a crucial part of my children’s transition and their mental health.

Could you please arrange more Dad and Mom time with your son. These are his time of developing a Sense of Belonging. Let him feel extra special please especially after a day at school. I feel Tzuriel's struggle. My son goes through that a lot because he is surrounded with sister's and lots of female cousins. He cries when the girls exclude him from their girly games. I pray that he can find other ways to enjoy. Otherwise great job with the kids. They all are brilliant.

I mentioned in the last video that Thandi would have a little time adjusting because she is so shy, but she’ll get there.The two older ones is so energetic and well spoken. I loved that they worship God in everything they do. These are smart children. They are already asking for more challenge and higher grade, harder work! My children did the same and were bored because I couldn't get them in more challenging programs. Boredom is dangerous. 💕

Praying for your son Tzuriel for sure it's a different culture and rule for not playing with girls , and yet there are no boys of his age. It wdnt be an issue if there were boys of his age there , the rule may not make sense to us in east Africa but again it's a different place with different culture & reasons for doing things & we respect that. I won't give u any practical things to do but rather pray for wisdom on how to ensure he thrives like his big sister Tehilah oh my gosh am excited to see her thriving listening to her answers questions and processing all that is going on is amazing , she is brilliant. Praying forr thandi as she adjusts too , and Theofany is the sweetest little girl ever love from Uganda and praying for your family. Rev Liz and Solomon we love you so much and are praying for the grace as you all adjust.When things get tough always rem ..God is with u and you have friends all over the globe who love you n your life is a blessing to us.

Oh your kids have paces in school? By the way you did say it's an ACE school. Wow! I love that. It teaches kids independence, planning and self organisation. I think Tzuriel is going to love this system. He seems like a very analytical young man.
When I was in Gauteng province my daughter attended one. But now when we moved to Capetown there is none. I was so sad to take her out.
They must just brace themselves, the learning material builds up. It's easy in the beginning. You guys really invest in your kids education
