For just starting study sessions and getting into the flow, the pomodoro time technique is great but when you notice after 25mins you still want to study/work then keep on working as long as you can and then take a short break. This is called the flow time technique, where you work on a task as long as you can (in flow) and then take a short break. Flow times can be different to every person!

I was that "perfect student" in everyone's eyes. But, I've never been perfect. I got mental health problems, I cried a lot, got compared a lot, my mind was messy. Everything was a mess. I tried to stick into a routine but nothing worked out. So I decided to change, because I cannot live like this anymore. At first, everybody, included me were suprise and fell super strange about me not on the top. Even the parents were asking but I said I got some mistakes on the exams. After like a year, I came back successfully, now, I actually happy inside, my grades are up. So, if you just tired with that "perfect student" title, just give up, it will be fine. And if you want to go back, do it but make sure you are happy.

@@annikas.6817 I just simply step back from studying 5 hours straight and spend more time on my-self. I read books, write my book, going out more,... After like a semester, I pushed my-self back to study again. Try to study after resting an entire 4 months was hard. I lost my motivation a lot, and sometimes think about giving up. But if I do, how can I get enough skills to finish my dream? So I write my biggest dream in a piece of paper and look at it everyday, also spending time to achieve it. At first, I thought I may know forget to be the top at my class, but now I'm doing the things I love, study the things I hate became more efficient. In conclusion, I think you should spend time to do the things you love, don't mind about what people say, and more important, just take your time. Everything will come back to its orbit, don't worry.

I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves.
I made the most healthy+lasting changes in my life when I began practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my study habits and to make sure I do it I began recording/posting it on my youtube channel.
Because historically I have a habit of going too hard, not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, giving up and hating myself. So now I’m trying to give a small-ish, consistent mediocre effort everyday. And its crazy how it actually adds up.

These are my study tips ,from a med student . When you feel like giving up or start getting frustrated , take a break and calm down . Take a short nap or run around or take deep breaths . Assign times to various activities. I also read whatever is taught after class at the end of the day so as to keep the information in my brain . And then at the end of the week, I take a short quiz on whatever I read throughout the week and if I struggle to recollect or understand , I either go to the lecturer, a friend or UA-cam . Now for lecturers , once you start asking questions , they even begin to expand on what they’re saying to you thereby deepening your understanding . In all, do your best and be proud of your efforts ❤

    STUDY TIPS 📚😎😊
Taking the time to get organized will set you up nicely and help you achieve your learning goals.
    Top study tips:
You can invest in a diary, and use it to keep track of current assignment deadlines.
Bring all the material and devices you need to class, so you can participate. You may find it helpful to pack your bag the night before, so you’re ready to go first thing in the morning.
To keep your brain engaged during class, take notes, which you can refer to later, as you refine your study techniques.
Notes can help store information in your long-term memory, right there in class. These notes will be important for reviewing when you’re completing assessments and assignments.
You might find it handy to condense your notes after class, so they’re clear and easy to read. Underline or highlight key points. If anything doesn’t make sense, you can seek clarification from your teacher.
You can also create visual aids like flow charts and mind maps to help simplify information. For some students, these visual aids allow them to remember complex information and study more effectively.
If you do miss a class, ask a study buddy or classmate if you can refer to their notes. This will ensure there are no holes in your own notetaking.
One of the most effective ways of studying is to space out your learning sessions.
If you break up your study load over several days, you’ll retain information far more readily than if you crammed in one long session.
This can help deeply ingrain information, allowing you to retain it for the long term.
You’ll find you achieve much better results for it.
    Hope this Helps! 😘

this is what always helped me study:
-make your own mind maps, take a lecture and get the key component and start relating and associating with different things, definitions, examples, expceptions, etc.
-take notes from what you remember and then check if you missed anything, don't worry about them looking good, I usually do these for exams and just take them with me
-explain the subjecto to someone else, this really helped me for history or things that need an understanment to get it, such as social causes, philosophy, historical events and even things such as physics

So I have a couple tips
    1. Neat desk, neat room, neat mindset
Even if you have a neat desk, your room might still be messy. I find that anything which is messy distracts me. So it’s best to keep a neat room as well.
    2. Organise yourself
Like she said in the video, keep a calendar of what you have for the next few upcoming weeks. Being organised lets me know of what’s going on or what you’re doing later in the day, and if you maybe have some sort of study thing which you’re doing later.
    3. Balance yourself
If you put too much weight of one side of the seesaw, it’s going to fall down. Make sure you balance your school self, and friends/family self. Don’t do too much schoolwork, but also don’t hang out with friends too much.
    4. Alarms
Alarms are really useful because you might forgot something. I’m a very forgetful person, but alarms help a lot with remembering things. They can also help with how much you study for the day, but don’t study for too long!
    5. Screen time
We all have too much screen time, lets admit it. But like the seesaw, you have to keep it balanced. Make the max amount of screen time you have per day two hours. This doesn’t include school work, but social media, texting friends, watching UA-cam ect.
    6. Make time for yourself
As she said in the video, you could be so wrapped up in schoolwork and chores and family things that you forget to keep some time for yourself. Don’t forget to keep some time for yourself, because when you do, it’ll improve your day. Even just reading a book or watching your favourite tv show on the telly works.
    Hope these tips helped! ❤

Misreading the bible vs reading with wisdom and with understanding.
Be ye not deceived nor do not end up misreading the gospel. I received an agreement to use someone's comment that i find useful to use as an example of how people misread the gospel. If one read the bible like that - then one misreads the gospel. This is the comment i was allowed to use:
Hello there! I appreciate your input from the perspective you come. There are a few things I'd like to run by you, that may clear up some misunderstandings. First, if I understand you correctly, you are saying that sex and gender are the same thing, and that because God says no one has ever hated their own flesh, the reason for people who claim they are transgender hate the bodies they are in is because they have been deceived by outside forces. If I have understood you properly (and please correct me if I have not), I have these points: By definition, gender and sex are not the same thing. Gender as we currently have it defined in the dictionary is a bit confusing because of how broad it is, but the difference is still major between the words "sex" and "gender". The vast majority of people who actually benefit from transitioning- what most people call transgender- do not actually believe that they are changing their sex, or their gender; they're simply aligning themselves with what they feel is the best outward expression of themselves. They're all born with this particular set of characteristics, of which some are refined or influenced in context of culture or social norms, but not dictated by them. Those who are fooled by society are not experiencing the medical version of transgenderism, so while you may be talking about people who ultimately end up detransitioning because yes, they were fooled, you are not talking about those who were born with the feeling of discrepancy within their body. It's interesting to me though that in Genesis 5:1-2, "When God created mankind, he made them in the likeness of God. He created them male and female..." If you read the literal words and do not take an interpretation, as is often used to manipulate a point someone is trying to make, if God created males and females in his likeness, then God is both male and female, and to be more Godly would mean to be both male and female. The Bible forbids man to exalt himself in this way ("Thou shalt have no other Gods before me"), and makes achieving that status in that way impossible to all but hermaphrodites, to which he then also calls them unworthy of being Priests, Leviticus 21:16-23, "For the generations to come none of your descendants who has a defect may come near to offer the food of his God. No man who has any defect may come near: no man who is blind or lame, disfigured or deformed; no man with a crippled foot or hand, or who is a hunchback or a dwarf, or who has any eye defect, or who has festering or running sores or damaged testicles." This creates a very specific hierarchy which discludes the vast majority of people from being worthy as God's chosen people, lowering many to a status less than desirable, stripping away their percieved power. That doesn't sound very loving or inspiring for improvement, does it? And if you were to say that Leviticus is part of the Old Testament and no longer in the new Christian teachings, and therefore irrelevant, who decided that they were worthy to edit the word of God, exactly? Especially since according to the Bible, none of us are Gods. While the Ephesians quote you gave me says that "no man ever yet hated his own flesh", and instructs us to love ourselves, in the New Testament we have Luke 14:26 which says "If anyone comes to me without hating his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, *and even his own life*, he can not be my disciple." It's a precondition to coming to the Lord to hate yourself, seemingly, and to find salvation by accepting Him only. Seems a bit like railroading to me. Why not find comfort in being able simply just to love yourself, without needing to outsource the work to an omnipotent being to do that for you? It seems to me that the danger in giving someone that permission is that perhaps they will use this God-like feeling to do "evil" things, but evil things are often done in the name of God anyway; humans will choose to do what they will, and justify it in the name of whatever they please. Removing self-empowerment is as poor an answer to curbing "evil" as allowing someone of poor conscience to act as they please with no consequence. Those who feel powerless can and often feel motivated to action by resentment and oppression to get justice. That's what victimhood mentality produces, too. Perhaps on the theoretical judgement day, when all is restored as you say, people will stand in front of God as he created them in his likeness: as a being that is both male and female, instead of either or, and we will realize that we are all God.
The soul, who has written that comment, says that baphomet - who is satan - the old devil is the god.
Well, the soul is correct in one thing: for satan is also knowns as god (with little g) and with a kingdom - this fallen earth is satan`s kingdom that has but a short time and will burn up and will be no more.
      This is my reply:
Thanks for bothering to write back. BUT: Genesis 5:1-2, - you are misreading in here: Do read that verse with understanding means: GOD created us/humans in 3, (in short: Spirit created SPIRITS) SPIRIT = Me SOUL = consciousness = being created as an conscious being BODY =clothing (something to dwell in) The way you read that verse, dose proof that satan has messed up or proofs that - that one reads bible without understanding. For the BIBLE is a book from SPIRIT to SPIRITS aka FROM GOD TO HUMANS. And being created as male or female meaning: being able to multiply. The word : multiply means: to create new generations. Luke 14:26 - the real meaning, meaning of the verse: you cant serve CHRIST/GOD while hanging out with unsaved/ still wicked sinners. = you`ll be still found as a wicked sinner and not a saved soul. And to love GOD 1st - He give us our existence. He created us in spirit 1st - then give us a body (carnal for now but spiritual later). Why shouldn`t i love GOD 1st and not my parents? - For i`m GOD`S creation and not my parents (earthly parents). - GOD is the Father of the whole mankind. (Therefore a parent/Heavenly Father to me as i`m a born again soul who`s sins are forgiven and to never again remembered). let`s put it that way (maybe help better to understand) - There is unsaved souls - unrepented souls who haven`t get things right with GOD (sins forgiven) and there is saved souls - saints - the true Christ followers. Luke 13:5 | View whole chapter | See verse in context I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3 | View whole chapter | See verse in context I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. And there`s also 3th verse that i didn´t find but the wording goes like that: GOD HAS CALLED EVERY MAN EVERYWHERE TO REPENTANCE. The questions i ask here is: Why are you leaving satan - the old devil - the serpent out of the life picture? The reason for you to misread the gospel is: you are missing the helper and the comforter : THE HOLY SPIRIT who: John 14:16 | View whole chapter | See verse in context And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; John 15:26 | View whole chapter | See verse in context But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: John 14:26 | View whole chapter | See verse in context But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
The way you read the gospel now is the way satan wants us to read. Receive the helper: THE HOLY GHOST and say to satan: get behind me satan, never tempt me again.

Know Holy Spirit or No Holy Spirit The simple common denominator of the truly saved, as opposed to the false salvations, can simply imply that the wise virgins know and surrender to Holy Spirit, Sadly the fooled brides have no Holy Spirit. They however did have a form of godliness, but with no power to save Salvation is a free gift, given by God and Jesus. But much confusion reigns even today. Are you saved? God knew man would struggle with this dilemma. On one hand he very much should. Nothing is more important to eternity than the answer to this concern Jesus paints a clear expectation on knowing for certain. He connects the dots in his parable teachings In virtually all of his parables, he teaches the repentant and obedient are rewarded, while the disobedient and slothful are judged Jesus says why he spoke in parables, because if he didn't, then kingdom principles would not be understood by carnally minded people Jesus spoke crystal clear about how he felt about active sin. Satan however, despite Jesus's teachings, knew full well, that he could steal, kill and destroy, not Jesus's words and teachings but mans interpretation of the teachings Jesus himself warned of false prophets with in the church and their evil self centered teachings that would cast doubt on Jesus's ways and words Once saved always saved is not a new principle. First, Jude verse 4, clearly Jude is calling out false teachers/teaching, that people will abuse grace, by continuing to sin Second, A certain man named Nicholas was the father of this deception. Jesus testified that he HATED this false teaching Now if you truly love Jesus, could we expect that we would love the things he loves and hate the this he hates? John 14:15-23. Jesus teaches three times in 8 verses, that love implies obedience. No other way to love Why does Jesus hate this Nicholatians teaching? First we have to find out what is says. The teaching is basically what the OSAS still teaches today. That you could actively sin and still be saved Jesus hates this teaching because it's a lie, Jesus being the truth, hates lies and false teaching Even more reason to hate this teaching, is the affect it has on its pupils These people honor God with their lips on UA-cam, but fail in their evil heart , thus producing sinful actions of disobedience Jesus hates OSAS teaching The 20th century model of American salvations, can best be modeled by Billy Graham's in person and on TV examples This programming suggest that the act of simply confessing a one time salvation prayer, would meet the biblical requirement of true salvation This has been a false teaching, producing false converts, who even today, parrot a few grace Bible verses, out of context, to convince these weak, rebellious, unregenerate goats, that they are actually Jesus's sheep. In John 3, Jesus, the best teacher, gives us the key to true salvations. He clearly says "You must be born from above" Done deal This is the biblical answer. Holy Spirit. Nowhere in the book of Acts, do you ever see "prayer of conversions", this just not there Every evidence of salvation was accompanied by "works" of Holy Spirit The one time it was manipulated, was by a husband and wife, who made the flesh decision to lie, and they dropped dead I guess we should be happy the OSAS are not dropping dead today, they would miss out on repentance if they did But Jesus thought best, despite deception, true wise virgins, would make the decision to accept Holy Spirit, thus rejecting sin The OSAS think they have Holy Spirit. Of course they do, if you can be duped about salvation, possible foolish enough to believe you have Holy Spirit Jesus knows about this problem affecting the church. He showed this knowledge in the parable of wheat and tares The farmer planted 100% wheat, but during the night, the enemy (Satan) planted tares, and tare teaching, so the next day the farmer (God) made a decision To pull up the tares? No God declares that this would harm/destroy the wheat God decided to let them grow side by side till the end of harvest time This is where you and I are today. Wheat and tares, wise and foolish virgins, sheep and goats, prepared servants and disobedient These are all biblical illustrations of what is transpired in the modern day church It boils all down to this biblical truth. Jesus says the this two groups, are two separate branches. One abides in the vine and bares much fruit. This is the true Holy Spirit filled believer The second branch bares no fruit. It's destination is reserved for a fire Jesus concludes his tare teaching. The Harvest = end of church age Wheat = Holy Spirit filled believers Tares= Still unregenerate sinners, acting like wheat Barn= Raptured church Fire= tribulation for refinement This pattern is too similar to wise/foolish virgins. The wise have Holy Spirit/oil. The fools have no oil The true bride goes to wedding while the counterfeit bride is left out, and sadly no recognized by groom Jesus Please note also the last two Rev 2-3 churches Philadelphia: These are faithful and obedient, they are rewarded with escaping the hour of trial, ie Rapture Laodicea: These people think their rich in grace, and need not to "work". These prophetic OSAS church, according to Savior Jesus, not me, are blind, naked, miserable, poor and should be ashamed Any still OSAS followers, who have the courage to read this post today, please examine yourself to see if you are in the true faith. No doubt, Jesus teaches many are not ready, prepared, have wisdom, produce fruit, abide in the vine If this represents you. True humility requires truth and honesty. Where in the Bible does Jesus, Paul or anyone honestly actually reward people for doing nothing? Worse to actually say that obedience to God and his Word is bad? It's nonsensical to paint grace as license to sin, read Jude, verse 4, see how Satan is using grace as tool of Satan Before closing Romans 1 and 6 Galatians 5 1 Corinthians 6 Titus 2 2 Timothy 2 Paul knew the church age mystery of church. He taught in the above passages that active/practicing sinners, would NEVER gain Gods kingdom Jesus had a very important cameo appearance to Beloved John. When speaking to his 7 churches, he says to repent and obey 16 times, but he fails to mention grace even once Did he forget grace? May it never be, he did know how Satan has amplified grace and minimized repentance/obedience Holy Spirit can/will direct you to all salvation truth. Bend your knee today. Don't gamble on eternity.

Gonna leave this tip here... If you have what in Spanish we call "final oral" (basically instead of writing it down you say everything you know to your teacher. Haven't seen any English speaker student that talked about this) you choose the subject that the teacher loves the most, the one that they talks about most and sounds more excited to teach and use most of the time studying that subject. It really saved my ass from failing twice.

One of the Greatest study videos right here!!! Im SO glad and thankful how you brought up the fact that school shouldn’t take up your whole life! Everyone * cough Adults cough* is always saying to STUDY STUDY ALL THE TIME but it’s important to take some time for yourself too. One tip that i think everyone should do, is listen to music when they study. Seriously, (i have a friend who agrees) it makes studying go faster. Nothing with lyrics though (especially if you’re reading) it gets distracting. Personally, classical music makes me sleepy and bored (which leads to daydreaming) so i love to listen to movie soundtracks. My favorite right now is How to Train Your Dragon and The Hobbit/Lord of The Rings. And YES, PLAIN BROCCOLI DOES TASTE LIKE GRASS LOL
