I do... I was wondering, I have an injury in my right hamstring tendon... one day I had overstretched my splits and heard a krrk... I had really pulled something. I haven't been able to do my splits since. So sad because I worked so hard to get them. Every time I try to do just a simple stretch I end up injuring myself more, please help :(
What an amazing video! I loved to see you all again and I’m extremely happy for your successful recovery. Jerwood Centre is an amazing facility and you all have inspired me to create similar projects in Portugal. Hugs and kisses to all the Rehab team!
Omg Hannah I just got injured some time ago. I did physio and then pilates and now I'm going to the gym (the final part of my treatment). I like to do some extra exercises at home bc I'm already at vacation of my rhythmic gymnastics training, so I'm doing your follow along back and abs strength videos (my injury was on the back), and it's helping me a lot! Tysm!! 😄😄
It looks like you are in excellent hands with Esther and Liv (sp?)! I'm glad your company takes the health of the dancers so seriously. It looks like a really squeaky, clean, state of the art gym that has a number of more specialized machines than I have ever seen in a regular weights and cardio gym. It would be great if you could demonstrate some more of them, how they're used, and what their purpose is. (Only if you actually use them yourself. Please don't use anything that is not included in your training plan just for our education!) The one that does squats, and the one that helps with pull-ups, I am very familiar with. I love them both. Those leg-wrapping therapy devices (that you showed in the room where the fridge is) are also used by Simone Biles! I was not expecting to see a pool! I know you have videoed yourself putting your legs in the ice bath, which looks very painful to me but I guess it is supposed to help with recovery? Esther seems very kind and understanding, and also very knowledgeable, which is so lucky for you and your colleagues! Please let her know that one of your viewers said that! I'm so glad your recovery is going so well, and that you're keeping your spirits up! Take care 😀💐👏
Thank you so much for your comment! It is such a good facility! Although being home for the holidays has been nice to take a little break from the intensity of the gym. Looking forward to taking more steps forward in the new year 💪🏻🙏
@@HannahMartinRG intensity is good, and having a break from it makes it even better! Time flies by every quickly when things are intense, and also, whatever is happening outside of the intense zone doesn’t seem to matter very much. I have found that I quite enjoy reminiscing about intense times in my past and being rather proud of having accomplished what I did. This seems fairly common because, when I read autobiographies of famous people, they describe something similar. It might be good to keep that in mind if you’re having an off day, or you feel the intensity is starting to feel overwhelming. Already several months in the future, looking back on it, you will feel pride in your achievements! As a matter of fact, you must already have a number of such intense times in your past, from your rhythmic gymnastics career. It might feel a bit different now because you are an adult and living independently, which certainly adds more complexity. It seems that being with your family really helps to invigorate you as well as also helping to relax you at the same time - if that makes sense? I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and best wishes for 2023!
Any more questions please fire away :)
