Amazing content!! I do ballet combined with weight training and I sometimes feel like I am the only one... I have discovered already the bulgarian squats and kettlebell swings but you make it so much better! Thanks so much!!!
Wow! This is amazing!!!! I love ballet and weight training and this is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks a lot for making this video. God bless ✨😊
I did your 1st series at the gym yesterday for the first time. Wow! I was pouring sweat and trusting you that I’ll see results after a while. I am writing down these for a workout today. Question….I’m 52, do ballet at home online 3 times a week, not en pointe yet and our instructor says we are now at a ballet 3 level (She’s former Denver Co dancer). I’m experienced in training with weightlifting. Normally I’d rest a muscle group in next day workout. Should I let my legs rest and do upper body or back next day? Or is it better for dance strength progress to go every day? I will follow this today and see how I feel but I’d love your input. My goal is to become stronger in all of my abilities in ballet. I have veins insufficiency disease and have discovered that ballet has improved my circulation as my calves are stronger and my feet are comfortable, strong and happy if I keep this form of exercise. Nothing else has helped my foot circulation like ballet. Also, I mountain bike in season and that upped my ballet game but in AZ it’s too hot for next several months to do that. I’d love your input. Stretching and working my body in this sport/art of ballet has given me a map for keeping physical strength and balance as I age. I want to age standing straight and strong. It’s hard to see myself not able to recover as fast or do as much as in past years. More videos for people like me, please!
Hi! I’ve been implementing these exercises into my regiment (post acl meniscus operated dancer) and was wondering at 5,2 height, should I use 16 kg / 35 lb for my kettle bell swings? / I have been using the 16 for last 4 sessions- but wanted to make sure what is the lb on the weights the girls use in this video, and whether I should drop or increase the weight. Thx! This has been such a lifesaver for my knee
Have been using this for 3 years and it's fantastic! So well thought out. Not just squats forever for squats sake

Thanks dude ! Thank you for sharing such a valuable video, my daughter is practicing ballet, which is very useful for her.
I am really interested to know how heavy the weights are that they are using in each exercise.
