David Goggins saved my Life. Before January 13th I was suffering from severe Depression, Drug and Alcohol Addiction and weighing 300 pounds obese male and I had hit rock bottom. I was suffering tremendously and I had to make a choice. I started exercising everyday day left social medi for good and slowly started getting better. Today it is June 18th 2024 and I went from being 300 pounds to 239 pounds in six months. Haven't missed a single day of exercising and the most important part is that I no longer Suffer from depression. David Goggins is the true answer to everyone's self doubt and sickness. I am never going back to my Old self. STAY HARD!!! 💪😎🐐🔥

David when I had Asthma for the first 12 years of my life. No fun. It was a punishment. I thought, but it made me strong. I started running at age 17. Ten years later, I crossed the finish line of a full Iron Man triathlon. & many other competitions!

People don't realize I was in and out of hospital because of schizencephaly and encephalopathy when I was doing my Masters degree studying , writing course work whilst battling seizures unless I was in ITU it took me five years determination and wanting to succeed. I'm proud of it two Masters at once and 2005 I graduated in Cybercrime and law degrees. I have haters but who cares David thank you for your UA-cam channel and your book

I’m suffering severe PTSD. Someone comment if you want to help me. I just want to know that there is people out there succeeding, it’s my source of hope and faith in myself. I’ve always been doubted and pushed aside my entire life and I’ve been beaten, hit, tormented and abused. I just want to prove to myself that I can rise from the ashes and be a successful guy. I had a similar childhood as David. Yet PTSD had a positive growth effect on me. If used correctly you can rise above anyone else who will try to put you down. Use that stuff for growth and don't listen to anyone else besides yourSELF.

I would advice talking with a mental health professional about your problems, combined with finding the right nutrition, good sleep and physical excercise. You can overcome your demons and accomplish your goals, just remember to take your journey step by step. Good luck!
I needed to hear this before bed. I've lived my life in the shadow of shame from my physically and verbally abusive step mom from 4 to 20 years old. Living in constant flight or fight, finally I succumbed to an addiction to pain killers at 14. Now I've been clean since 3/28/23 and learning that I'm deserving of a clean life. Fueling myself with self hatred always leads to actions lacking any type of esteem. Now I've lost 90 pounds, shed my sugar addiction, and acquired mental fortitude. David Goggins planted that seed. His voice is present during workouts and life's tribulations. I'm eternally grateful for the seed Goggins has planted.

I’m someone that deals with some problems and I hide them very well. I could never figure out exactly what is wrong with me but this has made complete since. My father was abusive all my life growing up. I would struggle in school and cheat as well to get by. Even as an adult I took steroids to cheat and get in shape easier. This video really has opened my eyes to why I struggle so much mentally. Thank you David
