David Goggins saved my Life. Before January 13th I was suffering from severe Depression, Drug and Alcohol Addiction and weighing 300 pounds obese male and I had hit rock bottom. I was suffering tremendously and I had to make a choice. I started exercising everyday day left social medi for good and slowly started getting better. Today it is June 18th 2024 and I went from being 300 pounds to 239 pounds in six months. Haven't missed a single day of exercising and the most important part is that I no longer Suffer from depression. David Goggins is the true answer to everyone's self doubt and sickness. This man should be heard by everyone. I do things I fear because I have to to make me better. I was, and am, afraid of the water yet I learned to scuba dive because I refused to give up. I became a skydiver because I'm afraid of heights. I'm 51 and work harder than men half my age because I refuse to believe that I can't.
How much I understand this man, about 12 years ago I suffered from depression, I was 15 kg heavier and I was sitting locked in the house suffering, suddenly at some point I got the strength I opened the door and started walking, the simple walk became at one point many hours, many kilometers and then running....and now after 12 years I run two marathons a year, with about 80 km of running training per week. Reading the book I have added even more kilometers of running, I feel amazing, strong and enjoying life... I wish him from the bottom of my soul God bless him and his people!!
