SCRAPES GROUND, RARE Bugatti EB110SS

Unfortunately this stunning old hypercar completely scraped its front splitter along the ground. This is a super rare car which was spotted in San Diego La Jolla one of only 31 (the owner was actually looking at a Bugatti Veyron Grandsport.
