When I was a kid we would cut the sidewalls off of smooth road tires for bikes and we would go ahead with a size smaller like I said cut the sidewalls off and then lying the tire you're tired with that other tire we never got a flat everybody's trying to make new tubes so you don't get flats just get another tire cut the sidewalls off it trim it down so it fits inside the other tire and there you go you never get a flat

@@RideTannus there is one downside is that the tire that you use to line your bike tire with can pinch the tube so what you have to do is get a heavy duty too when you use that when you do that and I still do that today with my mountain bike tires

There is a secret way to make your tires flat proof for years !! Here it is !! First select a only a slightly worn out tire that is the same size as the tire you want to make flat proof forever. Then cut the bead off about 1/2 up along both sides. Then cut the slightly worn tire with no more bead in half cut to fit into your good tire. Then find an old thick tube that is for a large tire. Cut the old tube in good condition down the middle "on the inside" eliminating the air stem. Insert the slightly worn tire with the bead gone into your good tire then overlay the cut tube on top of the split tire you made. Now insert your good tube that holds air into the overlayed cut tube. Now put the entire system onto the rim. Inflate normally or slightly higher. Now !! No flats !! And it's free !!
Thanks James. We've seen this done before. With this method you have seams. And the seams over time can rub on your inner tube and potentially cut your bike tube. Our foam insert is one continuous piece. No seams. Thanks for watching!
