Great tips. I’ve used the first gen tubeless inserts and experienced the wobble. Did a similar fix by coating the insert with dish soap, and in one instance, personal lubricant! (Which actually worked) now on the new Pro and Fusion inserts, they are so much easier to install and experienced a slight wobble in the rear after install, and went the dish soap route again… problem solved. 👍

Im commenting just because of the other comments, it true it requires some force to fit in but is nowhere nearly as hard as people portray it, neither as easy as they made in the video, but so far i haven't seen a single bike mechanics video where i actually took the time they did to do it + i've installed it in something like 20/30 minutes using just talc powder to make surfaces smooth inside the tyre and the insert and 3 tyre levers, and im a total noob about bike mechanics, i just used my brain, i think people rants are given for free here. Also im quite surprised about complaints over punctures since its obvious you cant stick a full nail inside your tyre and hope it doesnt puncture like, what did they expect... its that stupid rly.

what if you have two-part symmetric half-rims instead, attached with screws. much easier to install any tire.

Can confirm having spent hours fitting mine that it is nowhere near as easy as they portray in this video. The liner was way too small for the rim despite the correct size purchased. This made it extremely difficult to confirm that it was being installed without the possible issues they warn against during installation. The inner tube supplied by them was also too large in diameter so folded on itself. I've no idea if it managed to straighten itself out on inflation, because it was such a brute force effort to get this all together. Not impressed at all with what is essentially just quite an expensive piece of PU foam with a supposed "special inner tube"
