I definitely appreciate the USB-C charging option. We recently used a battery pack with the FX30 to power the camera ~3hr
You can do that with the fx3... I have run it for over 8 hrs....
Yeah this is great in all new Sony cameras, but also the old ones can charge via micro usb 😊
I have a 20000mah powerbank and it gets me going almost all day long!
I'm enjoying my FX30 for sure...The FX3 would have been a lot more after getting new lenses etc...I feel good about my purchase and if I make money with it then I can always buy a discounted FX3. I understand the FX30 limitations-low light and phtos etc..I don't take photos with it (I already have a Canon 90D and tons of Canon lenses) and for low light, well...I own LED panels. Np...thanks for the video
Don’t get me wrong, FX30 is a great camera, it’s just not what I needed having the FX3. Enjoy it and make the best of it! 😊
@@MariuszGajdzik yeah...next level for sure...I work for a company that just purchased a FX6 and it's a great camera...the FX3 must be similar in terms of pic quality etc...but for my own uses the FX30 was all I could afford. I will enjoy it for sure. I have LED panels etc for events . Maybe I'll get a FX3 MII or a FX3 for cheap next year. I skipped the XLR mount. Don't see it using it much. I use a Rode Mic for general audio or a Sennheiser wireless for interviews. I'm not doing high end productions...yet! Thanks for the video!
Great review on the FX30 in contrast to the FX3. I got the FX30 over the FX3 based on the newer features, screen size and the overall weight. So far I like using it.
I got the FX30 for the features, but also because APS-C lenses are cheaper.
It’s a great choice for sure, I’m not sure how I would go if I was buying now and not have the FX3 😊
I think it is best if we "hybrid shooters" or whatever wait for a hybrid camera - a7000?

I use the Freewell VND both 2-5 and 6-9 the original ones not the magnetic. I can recommend those 😊

PZ or Power-Zoom is a nice feature on the camera!
Pity that Sony sucks and only brought out TWO lenses with PZ!
(Except that cheap kit lens, that nobody should care about).
Friend don't loose ur time with grams, button's similarity or disparity, who cares those details, move on faster.
fx3 dual iso is 640 and not 800
In the firmware 2.0 and higher the base iso changes to 800 from 640.
@@MariuszGajdzik oh wow!!! thats super interesting. i always thought the iso is hardware dependet. so it‘s a software thing when sony can update it. that‘s kind of weird and eye opening. and shows how these big companies play with the customer.
