I've noticed a select few comments scattered throughout claiming that this frequency sounds dark/demonic. Let me tell you something: those are Your Own personal demons coming to the surface and trying to escape your body. So let them go. This frequency is for Fear, Guilt, Trauma, and Anxiety - some of the worst emotions any human being will experience. Yes, the frequency is low. It's not like the higher, sunnier frequencies. Personally I love it, as it liberates my mind and body.
Bottom line, if you come here with a skeptical attitude, and not recognizing what this frequency is meant to do, you're not going to enjoy this or reap the benefits from it.

The moment I focused and closed my eyes I literally visualized "reality" shattering like a mirror in a state similar to sleep paralysis but fully awake, then what can I only assume to compare to a bad acid trip parade of melting claymation and low brow cartoon monsters, demons, zombie clowns, ghosts... You name it, finally I've connected dots between my current self and childhood fears that became nightmares caused by absent parenting. I don't want to play the victim card since now I mantain an stable relationship with both of them but this is fucking deep stuff I've had locked in the back of my head for decades until now and I feel relieved

that's like saying intuition is a myth, or calling your own bluff on actual awful crap that happened to you. Sure, you shouldn't hold onto fear and insecurity *forever*, but the reason why they're there was initially to protect you, unconscious or not. Don't dismiss stuff like this, like one should never 'create' it, ask yourself why it's there, if you feel held back. Sometimes "bad" emotions began as serving vital purposes.
I pray that anyone who reads it feels loved, safe and secure. I pray for physical, mental, affection and spiritual healing for all. Peaceful dreams!😍😍😍

Ive been listening to528hz for several weeks ,every night when i sleep,,it has made a huge difference to my hips and back ,,but can't seem to shake my self out of a trancy state during the day ,,,,don't want to stop the 528 cos I'm basically able to walk again , any ideas?

For someone who's experienced crippling anxiety & feelings of guilt- listening to this frequency every morning has helped ground me, connect me to my purpose and approach challenges with substantially less fear & doubt.
Waves, frequencies seem to go hand in hand. Sound moves through us and the water we drink seems to be something like a conduit in the body to transport to create a framework to view & handle what's in front of us. Nature has taught me to allow things to pass through. In this society we've constructed, we are inhaling & ingesting bad things without exhaling & expunging to a dangerous tipping point. Clinging on to anything (resentment, fear, anger, material things, toxins) for too long is what leads to disease, depression & cancer.
Change for the better starts with the individual. I hope you all continue to take steps in your journey to live a balanced & meaningful life.

Normally I’m quite the sceptical person, but as soon as I listened to this sound I felt this intense pressure in my chest and throat and head and my eyes welled up with tears. Ive cried for about 10 minutes straight, I’m in tears typing this. I have so much guilt I want to let go of, it’s been such a heavy burden to carry. I feel a bit lighter.

Have you also tried writing it all out as detailed as possible and then burning/ shredding the paper? Just getting it down on paper can help to get it out of your head. Best wishes

I have been on the verge of an anxiety attack all day. This made me cry a little and release the fear. Only about 20 min into it and already feeling so much better.

With 396 hz there’s a shift from fear base to freedom base, you sometimes will feel almost sick or very sensitive as the fear vibe dissipates from your body into higher frequency. It goes away then you start to feel really great- pain in the body goes away for me and a feeling of trust and calm set in.

I started listening to it and 10 15 minutes in I started to feel nauseous like I wanted to throw up. After that, I went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I still feel little nauseous listening to this but I'm feeling better after the bathroom.

I dreamed all the situations that frightens me and even those things and people that frightened me from the past. It was a long dream that I felt very tired when I woke up. When I woke up, I felt very relieved and said I'm glad it was just a dream. Then I remember I was playing this and said to myself, Oh no.. i survived my dream, I am now healed from my trauma and anxieties. Now, there's a huge change in my life. I am no longer scared to speak up for myself. I feel like I have now an emotional intelligence to fix things, because I used to be very emotional and scared because of unrealistic fear that comes into mind. I'm still working on it. The best thing is that now I really feel closer to God.
We carry ancestral trauma in our root chakra and this is magical in helping wipe that slate clean.
I have begun using these as part of my Jedi meditations. Sublime.

I cried through the first 16 minutes, wow that was effective. I started to think about some of my trauma and did EFT tapping with this and the feeling just intensified.
Listened to this whilst sleeping. Had anxiety when I turned down but that went away quickly. Woke up a couple hours in to my head draining congestion I wasn’t even aware that I had. This continued for most of the night. I can hear more clearly, breathe more deeply, and my inner vision has a stronger resolve. I’ve always heard that root chakra imbalances impact every other chakra. This seems tangible to me now. That nagging tightness of anxiety is still gone too. Thank you.

This frequency is definitely bringing up my trauma…. Feeling fear for sure and pain. Crying inwardly. I hope this helps me process it and release somehow. What I’m also feeling tho is a very calm sensation like a way I haven’t felt since childhood. It’s a relief to know that there is such a state that is so neutral and is not heightened. I really struggle with sleep most of the time and this is one of the best sleeping aids I've found yet. The higher frequencies aren't really for me, but this one is perfect. It puts me into a deeper sleep and when I wake up at different times in the night I swear it takes me about 10 seconds before I realize this is still playing, and then I can instantly fall back asleep.
Maybe this would help you with the higher frequencies the more you listen to this

I’ve had issues with sleep paralysis, hallucinations , lucid nightmares and involuntarily astral projecting since an emergency op went wrong and I woke up paralysed from the anaesthetic and unable to breathe or signal for help. Thought I was dying as I passed out then they noticed and put me back on the breathing apparatus
I always had lucid dreams and other anomalies and used to astral project a lot as a young kid but everything else got weird after that op.
I get this feeling of like extreme vertigo with the paralysis and feel like I’m falling backwards through the base of my skull.
I hold on for dear life and concentrate on trying to yell or move a finger
but I always get the sense that if I let go I would just slide out of my skull backwards. Trouble is it’s coupled with lucid nightmares that I still feel when I wake up, awful things, so it Ramps the fear up that I’ll fall into one of those states, perhaps I do project and the fear sends me into lower vibrations instead of the joy of flying etc

When a young person who isn't fully developed or educated takes it you get a much differentt reaction. If you do decide to try it embrace whatever happens and do not fight it, youl be fine. Iv had a couple dark trips (not with lcd) but i know for sure one of those experiences opened my eyes to parts of my life that needed to be fixed and i might never have noticed them myself.

The frequency absorbs your energy and releases it through its frequency. I could see it. I first thought nothing was happening because I could only see something coming out of the frequency (that alone was amazing to see because I always wondered how people could see such things) but then I realized I was connected to the frequency and what I saw that was coming out of the frequency was actually being either pulled out of me or coming out of me into the frequency and out of the frequency. The frequency has to be above me (for me it felt like the sound was more clear )
