When I unplug my washing machine to reset it, I leave it unplugged for one minute. When I plug it back up to put in diagnostics mode, the washer starts running (or sounds like it’s running but nothing is happening) and it won’t let me put it in to diagnostics mode until it stops “running”. What would that imply? I washed some stuffed animals last and my guess is it was unbalanced and now it won’t wash a full load. The water will run but it won’t agitate.
