Hi - the RW spokesman here - very fast runner too like Bove. Just one tip from video of form for RW rep - seems has shoulders up high compared to Bove. Could do little better on running economy to lower. Just something see here. I had same and told by running coach need to focus to have shoulders down and not up high close to ears.
For paces over 7:00 minute/mile there are definitely much more comfortable super shoes on the market. The aggressive rockered design really makes it more beneficial for more efficient runners. As for very long runs, the protection makes it a great option. I find the shoe would be optimal for myself over the marathon distance. -Connor
Would you say it fits short like the prior version and Wave Rebellion Pro 2 or more true to size like the Neo Vista? For the Wave Rebellion I had to take a half size up from my regular running shoe size
@@eskility the sizing of mizuno is a little different than Nike. You need to look after the Chinese size (=mm I guess): I wear eu 42,5 in Nike and EU 42 in mizuno
@ this run true to other Mizuno models, but I heard some say you need to size up(so 42.5 for you) and others even say one full size up in the Wave Rebellion Pro 3 Beta?
For a 10k to half? Absolutely. But for full marry? I'd have reservations! This shoe would be AMAZING for the first 20mi of a marathon. Problem is you still have another 10k to run but your stride started falling apart 2 miles ago! Now you're heel striking like Bigfoot and the Rebellion Pro is working against you. I mean if you're an elite running a sub 2:20 then no problem. But if you're a middle of the packer w/o good form & efficiency ALL the way through your race, God help u if you're wearing this shoe.
Skechers was actually first with the zebra colorway on their test pairs 6 years ago. They finally released a commercial variation of it with the Razor 3 Cloak.
Not really excited about this release.I'll give it a pass since I tried both 1 and 2 this shoe not for me to put it nicely also 7 other people who tried pro 2 they said will never go back to it 😅
How so? They are making record profits. Go read their financial reports. Aside from making a lot of money from their golf equipment, and football ⚽ boots....they are selling more and more running shoes. They have double digit growth and have some so for the last several financial quarters. So how are they desperate? Because by any logical assessment their turn around strategy is working gangbusters.
absolutely the best time ever to be a runner. So glad I'm here for it.
Really liked this one! Good detail and cool to have a guest in there!

4:00 is what cadence vs stride runner looks like
love the Pro 2. It's a great 1/2 marathon shoe. It's a great long interval - long tempo shoe as well. Not sure I like that crazy zebra pattern though.
what about a full marathon?
Rebellion Pro 2 was like yesterday
First two iterations were too firm for me. Pro 2 was better but not there in terms of foam. I prefer softer foams. Pro 3 looks promising.
Bring on the Adidas Tiger Shark and the NB Whale Shark patterns!
How does they behave at slower paces like 10:00/mil, also in very long runs like marathons?

I tried them in Amsterdam. They fit like the Neo vista. I also had to size up in version 1, this one is true to size
@@soren-sn6gp Much appreciated, thank you!
@@soren-sn6gp Thank you. Does that mean you pick the same size as Nike/Asics? I see at their size chart that Mizuno 44 = 28,5, but nike equals 28.

They might perform well but I wouldn't be caught dead wearing those 😬

@@Sabundy I'm a runner-not a shareholder.
@@Not_So_Common_Sense still does not explain how they are "desperate". I guess that word means something very different to you.
