  • Emotional trauma can build a prison of our own making, trapping us in cycles of pain and distress.
I'll explore how these self-imposed barriers form and share practical ideas for breaking free from the burden and pain.

This channel is a hidden gem within the toxic sea of garbage out there. But every now and then UA-cam gets it right and makes a good recommendation. Thanks for for the content.

You never know when you might just save a life with a seemingly trivial deed like a simple little video. You might not ever meet that person but putting it out there anyway is crucial.

Thank you. I did have some reservations about posting this content. I'm pleased to see that it's been largely well received.

Thanks for this, Barry. I can see it comes from a vulnerable and well-meaning place. I know that for me, when I had a whole lot of inner turmoil that was really putting me through the wringer, it was a friend of mine who told me that what I was feeling was not normal, and that I should seek help (aka therapy). The therapy taught me information about myself I didn’t even know about, and helped me right the good ship. But it wouldn’t have happened had my friend not told me that no, not everyone is carrying around the kind of despair that I was experiencing back then. My friend helped me; I hope your video is able to help others in a similar way. So thank you.

Hi Barry! To be honest I went to youtube to understand the difference between Impedance, and I found your video about that, and I just went to check your channel and I saw this video. You have very good content! Keep going! :)

I noticed that you have a playlist for the band replacements. They were a local band for me, and I saw them many times. Great stuff and great memories.

@@Barry-Watson I never heard of them so I just went and introed my self to their work. I gotta say that was the most "Garage Bandy" sound I think I've ever heard. That is not a criticism. It's really fun. Ty for mentioning them.

I share my direct contact info with level 2 channel members who join the channel. You're welcome to describe what you have in mind. It would probably have broader reach here anyway.
