Installed this morning in my M8 107, Redshift 468, an instant gain from 86 HP 101 torque to 102 HP and 120 torque, and the sound... WOW, thank you zipper's performances for a fantastic product.
This cam turned my 2018 Softail Deluxe into a whole new machine. The HD tech who installed it said he has never ridden a faster Harley or Indian. That was day one. Three months and 2700 miles later with a revised tune from the Fuel Moto team has really put her on spot! The HD tech would lose his mind if he rode it now! Thanks for a supreme little cam guys!
Made 105hp and 115tq on my 2019 107m8 Best part is the lopey idle Cam with catless headpipes, a better air cleaner and a good tune …. Bike is where it needs to be
I'm going to install this cam in my 18 Road Glide Special this coming fall along with D&D headers. I already have the HD Stage 3 114 build and have seen numbers on this cam with that build in the upper 130's on torque and 115-120 on HP. Should really wake her up. Already a torquey little girl (123TQ & 116HP) with just the Stage 3 build, Vance & Hines PowerDuals headers, Vance & Hines HO 4.5" slip-ons and PowerVision tune.
Heads up, years ago on my 2017 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Ultra/FLTRU. I put an S&S .475" cam + updated cam plate, and rubber backed bushing on the updated oil pump from H-D. Next up, roller rockers for my valves and valve springs. To me, my build is just as good and better in some respects. Best power run on my 107" from 95.23 to106.95 RWHP Max torque went from 85.77 to 104.78 ft/lbs tqt. Not bad for a bone stock 107" Milwaukee 8 motor. The difference on stock machines are what components were replaced. I keep it updated.
I just installed your 468 cam with D&D billet cat on my 2019 Ultra Limited 114. Put down 112hp and 129tq.. Peak torque is at 2200 rpm and stays flat until 4000 rpm. What great performance with just a cam! Nice work guys. One note. I initially installed the Scream eagle Ventilator Extreme thinking it would flow more air with the cam upgrade than the stage one high flow cleaner that I was running. Turns out it lost 6 horsepower running the less restrictive ventilator so switched it back. Have you guys seen similar? Was surprised the engine was so sensitive to the air intake. Do you guys have. A better recommendation?
Had the same question. Have V&H hi flow intake and 450 torquer slip ons with FP3. Thinking hard about the 468 cam and was hoping I could use the 468 cam with the V&H intake/exhaust/tuner set up. Sounds like it won’t be an effective solution.
I just installed the RS 468 w/ FP3 tuner and it kicks ass! Sure you can drop a shit ton of more $$ to get the thunder max and have more tuning options but for the cost? You can’t beat the bang for the buck w/ a simple Fuelpak download optimization.
468 is a better bolt in for a stock 107. The 472 is more for the 114 or 117 Mills. With the 68 there is no need to upgrade the valve springs or do any porting. Not saying the 472 wouldn't work in a stock 107 Mill but there would be other upgrades needed to get optimal performance.

Thinking of going 468 on my 17 ultra Ltd with power vision tune. I have billet cat exhaust but local Harley dealer tried to tell me to switch to v&h power duals because they make better power. Is this false?

You might want to look into the 472 redshift cam... It's a better performance cam for the 114 or 117 Mills.

How well would this work without a thundermax tuner? I have the V&H fuelpak 3 now, really don't want to buy another tuner
We highly recommend Thundermax tuners over FP3s for its tuning parameters and options.

Does the extra lift cause any issues to the stock valve train? Extra stress? Can the springs handle it long term? Whether it’s the 468 or 472? Etc.
Well zippers is the first to show the specs on the new cams woods prob pretty pissed about that seeing how the rs cam is super similar to the 222

Yes you can... The 468 is a "Bolt-in" cam. You will need a tuner as well.

Stick with what you have dealer is wrong look up on UA-cam a very good combo with you D&D
