We didn't take anything majorly expensive. But you can lock it in your car next to the tent. And it's a known rule that you never enter someone else's tent. Even when our neighbours left washing out and it started to rain, we took it into our tent until they came back.
We stayed in late October, and it wasn't as cold as I expected in there. One night, it poured down, and I was still warm enough. I don't remember seeing a heater.
@@sunstar5950 thank you. I didn't even think about it when I was filming, but it seems lots of you spotted it. Maybe I'll take him on all breaks and put him in various places, like movie Easter eggs.
We didn't see any, but yes, I guess they could as the tents aren't sealed at the bottom. Although they chew through anything, and we've had them in caravans before.
@@KarionTravelling, you have GOT to be kidding? Caravans?! No way 🫣 the one place I thought you would never be likely to see one! Which site were you at, and did they move you (to another park?!) 😂
I stayed in one a little better than this at Parkdean in west bay and had full on cat size rats in there 😭😂. Got moved to a caravan for the last few days
@@barker5487omg, that’s terrifying. I’d need therapy after that. Have stayed in a caravan at West Bay, it’s a nice site when it’s not raining and waterlogged.
Looks really nice the only thing I worry about with tents is leaving for the entertainment and stuff about our personal belongings

Great video Kari! Looks like a nice camping tent!
It was a really great weekend. I'd like to try the yurts and ultra glamping tents next. ⛺️
Thank you for the Safari Tent Tour.
You're welcome. I'd like to try the yurts next. 🙂
What is that insect or creature behind you on the curtain when you first start talking?
It's a giant cockroach 🪳, we had millipedes and ladybugs too.
Any hearing in there? Going in March would you say it will be cold like normal camping?

@@KarionTravelling suppose you could take a small fan heater or two with all the plug sockets in there. Get that electrical bill up for haven 😅
Hi Kari on Traveling
Hi Michael.
Please tell me that cockroach wasn't real xx
Ha ha, if it was, I think they may owe me a refund 😁😁
@@KarionTravelling thank goodness for that I thought If that's real I'm going to stick to caravans great video as always very informative x

@@KarionTravelling you could do a series on roachy and his travelling adventures x
That could be fun for a series of short videos.
I couldn’t stay in one of these, mice could get in.

They come up through the pipe holes, it's why I don't use the lower cupboards for food.
