    Cruller donut is made with the same dough that makes cream puff.
    And so it is hollow on the inside, but tasty and crispy on the outside.

    *1 cup = 240 ml
    *1 tbsp = 15ml
    *1 tsp = 5 ml
    Yield: 9-10 donuts
    Ingredients:
    🍩 Dough
    100g (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour
    4g (1 tsp) granulated sugar
    2g (1/3 tsp) table salt
    85g (6 tbsp) unsalted butter
    180g (3/4 cup) water
    3 large eggs
    vegetable oil for frying
    🍩 Topping
    120g (1 cup) powdered / icing sugar
    1 tbsp honey
    1-2 tbsp milk

    Ini adalah resep donat Perancis yang tidak memakai ragi. Cara membuatnya lebih gampang dibanding donat yang memakai ragi dan hasilnya empuk banget.

    Bahan-bahan:

    4g (1 sdt) gula pasir
    2g (1/3 sdt) garam dapur
    85g mentega tawar

    3 telur uk. besar
    minyak goreng
    🍩 Topping
    120g gula halus
    1 sdm madu
    1-2 sdm susu

    you make this look fun and super accesible ^^♡ pâte á choux always seems so difficult but... eff it. i might just try this out sometime. im used to baking pâte á choux but ughh i neeeed this. and make a mountain of navajo frybread as well.

      I've made pâte à choux once. Couldn't believe how easy it was! The audible crunch on those doughnuts was like heaven! Love them crispy like that! 😋😋
