+Miller Ramsey You might not agree with his policies but Obama is that type of leader. Obama has a similarly strong presence and optimism to him as Ronald Reagan did. If you let go of your bias and really listen to Obama as he talks you will see the strength of his leadership. I truly love Ronald Reagan as a role model and great American leader but coming from a liberal background where I can hear Obama talk without prejudice towards him, I truly believe he is also a great leader and role model to the American people. At least those who are willing to hear him out.

Even now, 36 years later...Reagan's first inaugural speech is still emotionally stirring, profoundly inspirational, fresh and even relavant to these strange times that we now live in. President Trump would do well to borrow heavily from President Reagan's wisdom and guidance, moving forward. God Bless You, Ronnie! May you and your beloved Nancy forever Rest in Peace.

StraightFashionMan Deficit spending in debt to GDP ratio went up by 11.3% in Reagan's first term and 9.3% in his second term. It has gone up 18.5% in Obama's first term, and who knows how much more in his second term, so try again...

"In this present crisis, Government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem!" at 6:48. One of the greatest lines ever in a Presidential Inaugural, outside of Washington's 1st inaugural, Lincoln's 1st inaugural, and Lincoln's 2nd inaugural.

It is not about color of president Obama skin .It about his policys that is based on the goverment knowing how to control free people lives. Those industries were saved by people the or customers that those products not by man who saves unions that donate money to him. Listen to video on words Reagan speaks it is about free people knowing how control themselves far greater than a government

Happy Birthday Mr President. Thank you for your service to save our country. Your vision and leadership turned the tide of socialism in the United Stated, & so drastically so that the wall around the evil empire fell. I look forward to seeing you in heaven, for you are a Blessed man.
Our nation is hurting, the people have lost their way & have turned to that evil socialist way again. I pray that a new leader will rise up, that we can follow, and that our best days will again be ahead of us

Great speech, words to live by.. but you still have to convince congress, not always easy.
He did cut government, but expanded the military. One of his greatest achievements was closing those mental health gulags, yet he has the stain of contra gate.
He was not perfect. but who is.

Rand Paul is a libertarian, i.e. social liberal who supports capitalism, he is not a conservative. Marco Rubio is an establishment Republican who supported Romney behind the scenes in the Florida 2012 GOP presidential primary. Neither will become GOP presidential nominee because they both support amnesty for illegal immigrants. Conservatives have to look to the governors such as Susanna Martinez of NM or Mike Pence of IND or even Senator Ted Cruz of TX for the next conservative president.
