I love what yall are doing here, I’ve stumbled upon your podcast at such a crucial time in my faith. I have 2 young sons under 3 years old, and I love hearing your real life experiences that show how you interact with your children, as I don’t really have a great role model as I journey through motherhood. I have my own business, but I am also a stay at home mom with my children. This worked great when they napped for 4-6 hours of the day but we are down to 2 hours of nap, and I’m really struggling to get any work done. My husband works full time and we want this business to thrive so we can save for a house and also have more time together as a family. My question to yall would be this: how do you deal with the anxiety of leaving your children with someone else. How do you find someone to leave them with? I’ve never been a worrier but I find myself getting very anxious when I think about putting distance between me and my kids, and I also worry they will not understand why I’m leaving them (especially my youngest who is very attached), and also overcoming the distrust of leaving them in the care of someone I don’t know very well. My 3 year old believes everything he’s told, so I worry that whoever I leave him with will not be speaking truth into his life, and my 18 month old can’t even stand it when I leave to go to the mailbox. We don’t have family that can help out with them, and I think maybe part of my fear is coming from the lack of security I have with my own parents. Anyway- I’d love to hear some words of wisdom regarding anxiety, working mom guilt, how you learn to trust others, etc. Yall do such a great job of portraying what faith in family actually looks like, and I need this so much, so thank you for doing what you do! Also another topic I’d love to hear you talk about is purpose during but also outside of motherhood- and maybe that’s a factor that even plays into what I previously mentioned about anxiety leaving my children. Thanks for your time! I’ll be listening!

What is the book on prayer that Beth is reading? I’ve tried to catch it but it may have been edited out? (11:52-12:34)
