For me, the Ryuga 2 has received the treatment similar to Yonex's Voltric Lin Dan Force to cater the requirements of recreational players. It's a bit softer, much more accessible in terms of power & less difficult to use. I own a VTZF-ii and it's very hard to use it properly. 😂
@@CKYew This is definitely it. Athletes will always choose the stiffest ones, and usually the ones with the heaviest heads as well. They have the training to support and maximize the use of those rackets.
Hey CK, I just bought a ryuga 1 recently. However, I have my suspicions that the racket might be fake. The racket doesn’t feel as heavy as people describe it as, and after comparing with the 99 pro (which people usually say feels similar), it feels way too light. Furthermore, the serial # doesn’t begin with TW, CN, or CA. It begins with “NAT”, which i’ve never heard of. The smashing does not feel nearly as satisfying as any high end racket, which I feel like is strange. Is it possible to tell if it is a fake with these details? Thanks a lot!
Hey u can the authenticity of a Victor/Li-Ning/Yonex racket by removing the original grip and check whethers theres a sticker that writes the racket name and spec,, it is authentic if theres such a sticker on the wooden handle. Hope this helps.
I had mine for about 2 months. Played twice a week, other than some mishits, mine have crashed twice but havent seen any chip on the frame (maybe the crash isn’t hard enough) while my brother’s 100zz have a bit of chipped paint on the frame (due to some mishits and 1 crash). I’ve been using it on 27 lbs tension and haven’t seen any issues on the frame so far (hopefully it stays that way).
As usual, I enjoy every time you release new video! You have very positive review here. How do you find it against your trusty 88DP? Would you change it? And how do you compare it against Arc 11 Pro?
I have this racket, in terms of playability it's one of the best feeling and fun to use high end racket, but I'm a bit worry about durability issue. So far I've had no issue with mine, hope it will always be that way 😊
nice review. i only wished u enlightend us more about the differences compared to the 1 like difference in power. lately ur reviews are too much explanation in specs and the last 2 min u finally start talking about its performance. thats just my take. furhter more i got the ryuga 2 too. its the first racket i bought that has that easy power and is in range with the ZF2. its much easier than the astrox thats for sure.
How would you compare this to Thruster F enhanced edition? :) I am currently leaning more to Thruster F, but I worry if Thruster F could generate a good amount of power. Tthanks! :)
Hey everyone, Just want to share my experience with ryuga 2, great racket and all, bought 2 of them in 3U last december in Europe, 1st restringing @13kg fine. 2nd restringing @14kg after one month I had them, one of the rackets broke at around 1 oclock location. Have been also using 3x 88D Pros strung @13kg and no issues whatsoever. So far thats my one and only experience with Victor, but I would not choose to buy it again just because of the hustle praying, it will not brake each stringing. Especially for the price of 159€ I have bought it for. Somehow It feels, there is more than meets the eye, why LZJ is not using the 2 gen aswell... Anyways, Great vid.
Would you say 3U and 4U of the Ryuga 2 would make a big difference? I am currently using the 4U Thruster F Enhanced and I feel like I want more power as a rear court doubles player
@@madhu1987maddy i have used both. Ryuga 2 is not as stiff and has a little lighter head. Def easier to play with but less powerful than the F Enhanced. However, Ryuga 2 does not have a very fast swing speed so in that budget i think the Lining HBT 8000 is a better option
I broke my ryuga 2 after 2 weeks, its on 28 tension and i havent have any mishits that often, i read about the frame durability and turns out its not only me have this experience, any thoughts?

It certainly is a stiffer frame and I feel that it is so easy to use. Compared to the original ryuga 2, I feel like I’m transferring power properly without the delay in swing that I get from the ryuga2’s flex. Love mine
I just tried the 3u version yesterday, i find that the 3u feels like 4u when you hold it and swing it. It is very forgiving. Like you said, it feels “spongy” . Thinking of getting 1, but will it feel harder if i use hard feeling string at 28lbs?

Hello. I just wanted to share my experience. Bought this racket 4U version 2 or 3 month ago, restrung it directly from default to Li-ning No1 @ 24lbs which broke a week ago. After restrung again, same string and tension, I noticed a crack @ 8 o'clock on the frame (I can't tell if it was there before the restrung or not), and finally, the racket totally broke 1 hour later. I didn't recall any crash or anything. So maybe bad luck, maybe bad stringer, or maybe that model has really frame durability problem, I can't tell :/

@@louismarcel3510 yeah I have both the yonex ax99 and mizuno 11p and they are quite similar, but I've heard that the ax99 pro is different from the old ax99 (with no other word after) and I haven't tried the pro model before.
@@immahide9766 ah ok, thanks for the info. Yeah, the one I have tried before is the pro model indeed and I haven't tried the older non-pro model. Thanks!
I swear this racket is really good for doubles (4u g5), it has a lot of power and easy to generate power, easy to maneuver too, it's really fun to use this racket. But very disappointed with the freecore grip which is very weak, broken (bent) only after 6 hours of playing. Using this racket with tension 28.5 x 30.5 lbs, pre stretch 10%, exbolt 65. Best racket so far for me, but wouldn't want to buy again if victor doesn't announce a fix for the freecore grip weakness. currently switching to ax77pro 4u g5, all good but still really miss ryuga 2🥹
@@yourleftlung8762 i think, ryuga 2 has more power and still easy to generate. The hitting feel I really like ryuga 2, ax77pro has less power but has more speed. Ax77pro stiffer than ryuga 2, and the head frame smaller than ryuga 2, that make me feel ryuga 2 has larger sweetspot. Overall I like both racket, but ryuga 2 has a special place for me if freecore grip doesn't broke easyly.

If you've tried the old astrox99 before, they're quite alike
@@immahide9766 i assume both you are talking about Mizuno Fortius 11 Power? Do you have it or have tried it yourself before? I am considering Fortius 11 Power but if you said it is like Astrox 99 Pro then unfortunately I know I won't like it 😔
@@louismarcel3510 yeah I have both the yonex ax99 and mizuno 11p and they are quite similar, but I've heard that the ax99 pro is different from the old ax99 (with no other word after) and I haven't tried the pro model before.
@@immahide9766 ah ok, thanks for the info. Yeah, the one I have tried before is the pro model indeed and I haven't tried the older non-pro model. Thanks!
I would've said it reflects on Beyblade Metal Saga with Ryūga and his L-Drago 😆
😂
Man do i have a hard time choosing which racket to buy. This ryuga 2 or the tkf enchanted edition.
Gotta have them all 😂😂
May I ask if the ryuga 2 is supposed to be made in China or Taiwan ?
How is it compared to ax77pro? And have you ever tried 88dpro? Can you tell me the difference experience, thank you!
Wowwww 6 hours 😬
@@yourleftlung8762 i think, ryuga 2 has more power and still easy to generate. The hitting feel I really like ryuga 2, ax77pro has less power but has more speed. Ax77pro stiffer than ryuga 2, and the head frame smaller than ryuga 2, that make me feel ryuga 2 has larger sweetspot. Overall I like both racket, but ryuga 2 has a special place for me if freecore grip doesn't broke easyly.
Please make a review of the Yones Astrox 1 DG🥺
