Dads like us who raise our babies alone do exist and women need to realize we deal with dead beat spouses as well!!!
My step-dad was awarded custody of his two boys after their mother left. IN THE 1970s!!! It was unheard of that the father got custody back then. He and my mother raised us (three kids from my mom) and my step-brothers as a blended family unit with no child support from either non-custodial parent. My best friend in high school had a similar situation. Her mother abandoned her because she is slower mentally and has a speech impediment. Her father left the Air Force to raise her on his own until he got re-married. I don't think Mr. A ever got child support because she didn't know where her mother was until 10 years ago.

I've been in his life since he was one. And people are shocked when we say we're trying to terminate a mother's rights, not a father's. Sometimes the mother is not the good one to raise the child.
It sounds like the mother is vicious and you may need the court's help on this. I know it means having to see psycho chick again but for that nine year old son of yours that you treasure immensely, but for him how far would you legally go to make sure he's safe from her?

This dad is exactly in my position almost in every aspect. Im a single dad, two girls 13 and 8. Mom dipped on us almost 4 years ago and I finally was awarded child support and even full custody!!!! Dads like us who raise our babies alone do exist and women need to realize we deal with dead beat spouses as well!!!
Thank you for being a loving Father.❤
keep doing you my man, glad that your children have at least one good parent. good luck and best wishes.
Your little girls are lucky to have such a good dad...🥰

I grew up in a turbulent divorce myself and I didn't trust people enough to even speak publically until I got helped by a pedagogue on a special needs school I got transfered to. That's when I was 8. Most children seem to be yapping your ears off by the time they turn 3. I genuinely hope for the kid the mom just got her turbulent ass out of his life... While it's difficult growing up with 1 parent isntead of 2, it's better than growing up never knowing what the second parent is going to be like today bringing in constant self-doubt and disappointment to the table.
I'm Brazilian but love to watch your vids, what a judge... Brazil needs a law change and a judge like this.
“But if I’m paying that much money how will I be able to party”
This chick is the apotheosis of irresponsibility, good job judge B!
Love how judge bailey gets support for the children. Need judges like her. Amazing woman. Much love always.

"AS YOU SHOULD AS A MOM, THE ADAUCITY" that was exactly what I was thinking, Judge. WOW I have to edit this comment because Ma'am you came through with this case. *Subscribed*
I love this judge. She's more than fair and she doesn't take any shit at all.
"as he should, he's a dad"
That set her OFF & she was done listening to her
"But what will I have left to party with?"
I can't get enough of her "who raised you?" Look she gives all these people and "the audacity"👏🏽👏🏽
She should look at herself in the mirror
this woman had the audacity to say, “what am i going to party with?“
"Its too much, if i had to pay this heavy, what am I left to party with?" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
She's terrified of not being able to party! 😂😂😂 She's not ready to raise a family!
"I mean, he has an obligation to give me support..."
Honey, no. That support is what you're going to be paying. It's called child support. The sad part is, most courts would agree with her.
The way she said "I didn't want to have kids" is so sickening. I have a 9 yr old autistic son and I can't imagine EVER in my life feeling that way!!! Children are a beautiful, precious gift deserving of nothing less than the most loving of parents. I am so happy that these kids have such a great father bc he obviously loves them so deeply. It still angers and breaks my heart that this woman could be so cold hearted !!
people like her make my point that some people should of been fixed before they ever had kids, maybe we'd have less kids suffering with abusive mother's/fathers if they never were able to have kids period
If she didn't want kids, why have 2? What is wrong with her? A man doesn't have a choice but a woman actually does. She should just pay child support and leave.
Some people don’t want kids and that’s fine. But the time to decide that is BEFORE you have the kids. Not after.
well unfortunately women no longer have the right to decide that in this country.
@@silly_stars it’s a shame that women have to travel out of state just to make this type of decision
She really said “I should pay less what will I have left to party with” 💀💀
Would’ve ordered her to pay more with that comment lol
💀
like she's really worried about partying wth ...
@@QueenMel_ honestly like wth you worried about partying than your kids
Idk I lost it when she said, “it’s too much work having a kid with autism.” Lorrrrrrrrddd 😓😓 how is this woman allowed to be a nurse??!
I REALLY REALLY PRAY THE FATHER READS THIS COMMENT BECAUSE I WANNA TELL YOU I THINK YOU ARE AN AMAZING PARENT AND FATHER and YOU DESERVE AN AWARD FOR HAVING TO DEAL WITH THAT DEMON LADY YOUR KIDS ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE YOU AS A FATHER🤞🙏😁👍👌
This is why more judges need to be unbias and hear a father's side of the story. A lot of unfit mother's get custody of their children and use them like a income for them to party with. This father did everything he could to make sure his children get the care and support they needed and this amazing judge listened. We need more judges like her. As a mother of three boys I cannot understand this woman's thinking at all. If she had spent even a single moment of time with her children she would have learned how amazing children are...
Try being a military single dad it took me 3 years to get full custody of my daughter and her mother has never paid squat and trust me they always tried to peg me as drunk and a violent person they do us dirty especially military dad's it's crazy.
@@Spartan...1337 I'm from a military family, so it hits me hard to hear that they try to peg you for those things. Thank you for your service!
Why did he even get her pregnant tho honestly especially if she told him she don’t want kids yet and for her to get pregnant not just once but TWICE. Like what
@@citlalliyepez5379 Yea that is messed up too. Birth control and condoms work wonders but I guess it's too much of a hassle for people like her.
@@laruna8228 tbh he should have done himself a huge favor and ended the relationship right there when she said she didn’t want kids and wanted to terminate the firs pregnancy but he stuck around and gave her a second kid smh. Broth control and condoms aren’t 100% that 2% exist and I know of three woman personally who have been on birth control for years and still gotten pregnant.
When he said he wasn’t much of a good cook but does what he can. That broke my heart but only added to the respect I had for him. My mom worked nights so we seen dad a little more than mom and my favorite memory is helping my dad cook in the mornings.
Kids don't care if they're not being given gourmet chef meals. They see their Dad working hard to put food on the table for them. The occasional time that Mom agrees to supply the dinner, she always shows up with McDonald's. There's no effort or love put into that meal! Your Dad sounds like he's a lot like the Dad in this family. You were lucky to have two parents who cared so much. These poor kids are never going to know that feeling.
When you hear her say “you came here to waste my time”, you know your goose is cooked. 😂
Exactly!!!

Why is this better than Judge Judy?
Damn she didn’t even care enough to PRETEND she wasn’t a piece of shit mother. Wants so little to do with her kids she’s actually going to pay more just so they won’t be on her insurance smh
