I have been quoting Romans 1:7 alot over the last 6 months. It only makes sense to a calvinist.
1. God then does not love all those in Rome ( at least not in the same way)
2. The called are saints only because they have been called.
Makes sense to me. It was curious that Jason didn’t appear to touch on that, and didn’t have a good answer when challenged on it. What’s more, it didn’t have anything to do with the debate topic.
This verse is insightful. First time I got to understand it that way.
Jason is polite but i would strongly cautious against believing what he say as he has strong influence with speaker of the LGBTQ. He left Calvinism and so departed from a traditional understanding of the Bible to a more open and free thought and that is a terrible Red flag. His disgust for calvinism has pushed him towards an unbiblical view of scripture and that dishearten me.
I heard speaker like him before trying to redefine scripture cause of their woes of their traditional up bringing its why his view on scripture it so skewed.
Maybe Dr Brown can interview him???? A more softer approach but the same truth! He needs that Please pray for him!
I'm definitely praying for him!
Jason did not "leave" Calvinism. He escaped Calvinism.
