Hey Erin ,great video again.Your focus on home variation is greatly appreciated. Please do a video on how to balance running and muscle training together (in a week)and what benefits HIIT running can have over just slow paced jogs.I am planning to become a beast in all aspects. 😎
You’re so comprehensive, knowledgeable, quick, and simple with explanations/exercises. I really enjoy the home exercise series. It’s something I teach my kids too.
Another Very informative well explained video. Thanks Erin! I've been struggling with the best way to warm up for strength routines, I'd love to see some content focusing on warm ups.
Excellent, Erin! Your instructions are so detailed and thorough, I can be sure I'm using the right form. I'm achieving gains in muscle, even working out at home. Thank you!
Thank you Thank you!!!! The Straight Pulldown hunted me lol! Always love how you demonstrate exercises; gives me enough info to perform the movement to perfection.
This video is so helpful & timely! I was just about to start my back workout at home when I saw this video in my recommendation list. My barely visible v-taper thanks you for adding to my repertoire of at home back exercises!
Thank you for explaining correct form in such detail, what to focus on and visualize; this is so helpful as I try to polish and prefect my form in my workouts.
Thank you for providing instruction on how to train these exercises at home. It helps to know I can get a good workout in anywhere and your enthusiasm is infectious!
Thank you Erin! I workout at home,I so appreciate the various options you show!😊❤I always add your other workout exercises with your Fit.Foundation and it makes a great workout!!❤
Great video Erin! I really love that you talk about what to think about and focus on during time under tension. What kind of cardio are you doing now with your body transformation?
Fantastic video Erin, upper back exercises shown are exactly what I was looking to add and you perform and explain them perfectly 🥰 you are a wonder Woman💕
Thanks for this video Erin! I plan to do some of the exercises at the gym and also replicate them at home with my resistance bands. Off topic entirely but that lipstick is gorgeous and really suits you!
Great video. I only train at home, and your channel is wonderful. I think UA-cam started recommending you after my training partner used my phone 📱to check a leg workout to use my single cable crossover machine. I truly thank her 😊 for this. Keep on the great work and making such terrific and informative content.
I’m so happy to find your channel, superb information and excellent illustration. Could you pls make more content suggest how to systemically build a weekly workout plan? Especially for fat loss & muscle gain purpose (body fat within normal range), how to get best balance amongst body weight training, cardio and weight training.
I love watching your videos . You explain and demonstrate all the exercises so when I go to gym I don’t feel IntimidatedThank you ,Thank you ,thank you.🏋🏾♂️
When I had my surgery in 2020, I was doing all these at home, but even at the gym I still using my bands. Thank you Erin. Your back looks amazing! Love ya 💕
Yes! Loving the variations! We spend summers in the mountains of Colorado & we like to do our home workout before we go play outdoors!! Where did you get your leggings?? Ty!!
Thank you Erin. These videos are so helpful. Great for at home and when gym is busy. Thank you for your thorough explanations of each exercise and tips in all your videos.😊
Hi Erin! Back day is my favorite muscle group to hit. I couldn't find your recommendations on sets and reps? I can't wait to try this program!!! Thanks! You're awesome!
Really love pull overs, I have been doing them for a few years on a slight -20 decline angle. Is it more beneficial to perform them on an incline as per this video? Thanks for the home variations great content
Great videos and instructions. I am not sure why this channel does not get more followers and views, but it is definitely one of the best body building video content for women I have seen.
Hi Erin! Wonderful video! Thank you for including the home variations. I tried them yesterday in our home gym. Due to COVID-19, we created a basic home gym (not interested in going back to a gym) so the variations are well suited to our equipment. Got a great workout!
This video was so helpful as I’m a home gym girl. I have enough of equipment but I’m not always creative enough to get the best out of it. This was great!
Great Video! I have an adjustable bench at home and been experimenting with the angles on the Supine or Incline row. I've tried a 45 degree and the one you use in the video. With the 45 I can hit the Lats more which I prefer but I have difficulty with keeping my feet planted, when I tried your angle it was much easier to keep my feet planted, however, it won't focus on the Lats as much? Is this correct? Thanks!
i just love your instruction, you really take your time, go slow and have long clips which i appreciate. Love these alternatives, will try them in my home gym next back day!
Beautifull lady thank you for your great explanation , this will be my today's back wourkout thank you . i'm not a competitor i'm working out for me & i've been following your back and shoulder workouts my V taper is on its way to better shape thanks to you .
Excellent video 🏋️♀️. Do you have any suggestions for poor range of motion with shoulders??? Both of mine are shot, which affects any upper body workout🥲. I want my muscles back!! Any advice would be greatly appreciate ♥️
Hi Erin, if you can the number of reps and sets for each exercise in the More Section so that we can take to the gym with us that would be great. You list the exercise but not the reps/sets. Thank you!!!
Hey Erin. I am following a new program that has short rest intervals and my hands seem to cramp up very easily even though I am not lifting much weight. Are there any lifting straps you recommend so I am not automatically limited by my grip and my hands cramping? If not, have you ever dealt with this and, if so, how do you work through it?
Love your home strength training tips! I lift at home with dumbbells and resistance bands and I’m always trying to figure out how to step it up ! Thank you for the amazing workout ideas! ❤️❤️❤️
These are great videos - gym vs home- how to get results at home too.. plus FORM... Totally what WE need a gorgeous WOMAN showing us correct form, before we start getting into daily repetitive action of our technique (self taught.) Yay xx Keep this up!!!
Hi Erin, I loved this video. I'm 71 and it is so helpful to keep my back muscles strong. Thank you!

For the t bar row do you suggest using smaller plates for more ROM? I use a 45 but hold closer to myself to avoid hitting myself with the plate
