This is my time to enjoy the peace calm and tranquillity before starting my day. Today though I looked like a cartoon characture falling sideways as my balance was not very good 😅
This is exactly what I needed this morning. I have a weak ankle and the section where my weight is on that let with the other foot's toe touching the floor gives just enough support to help me feel more stable. I have don’t this move in both yoga and tai chi I. The past but didn’t realize how helpful it is. Thank you so much.
