Raise the ph level of the water you drink. You can do this with a small amount of baking soda. Just add a pinch or 2 to an 8 oz glass of water, but don't overdo it. The acid feflux should / will go away. It worked for me. Also for kidney stones google "stone free". They are tablets that help dissolve the stones.
