it would be nice to see an adjustment made while as she sets in place. I realize for viewing having it on the bench is easier but sort of impractical for us every day riders and I know getting a camera in there would be a PITA. Good video though and you guys know 'em inside out for sure.

What does the engine sound like when valves are out of adjustment?

inlet 004-0.10mm
outlet 006-0.15mm correct?
I im going to do my self valve clearance i have a aprilia sportcity 250 ie 13,000 km on it,the problem i have with my bike is when i start it and i rev it a little attempt to shut down sometimes in traffic it shut down and the exhaust does backfires ,mabye it needs vavle clearance?

would you use a torque wrench for the adjuster locknut or it is not necessary?

1/10th of a milimeter on inlet valves? 0,10mm
and outlet?

Do you lose power if you haven't do the valve adjustment for more than 30.000 km ?

With the over $13000 for a 300. scooter-and the stuffing around necessary to do valve adjustments- why don't VESPAS have hydraulic lifters and spark plugs that last 100,000 k. ? Have decided not to buy a new 300 for that reason !
