It felt like a chain being removed. I mean...it was a very important trial. The govt hasn't eliminated inalienable rights yet. They're worth defending and I'm glad kyle is free.
@@grekygrek especially for kyle man. Poor kid got shit on by a bunch of assholes and then they had the balls to press charges against him. The kid is clearly a nice dude, he didnt deserve to go through any of this crap. Also, he clearly bothered to learn the handling of a firearm before going out with one, wich theese tards didn't
I folowd the compleet trail from the Netherlands. Even i had a smile on my face. And i hoop that Kyle can make MSNBC CNN and other MSM pay for there lies. God bles Kyle Rittenhous and his famely.
He should take the Nick Sandmann approach - sue the politicians and pundits who defamed him in front of television audiences, get those losers to pay settlement, and then enjoy comfortable retirement at the age of 21.
His face was something else. He’s going to have to live with what he did, and the damage the press did, for the rest of his life. But seeing him overcome with emotion made me cry.
It’s scary how many people are disappointed with the verdict. Being so detached from the case details and still thinking otherwise is naive to point of being dense.
Look at Instagram. So many people are so misinform and just spewing lies based on main stream media. I don’t get how people can be this stoopid to not know the facts
Those sorts are willfully ignorant, and if ignorance is enough to motion these people into rioting, you cant get it twisted when I say this:. They've tried our goodwill for decades. These people are EVIL. We've won the battle, but we've yet to win the war
@@badasscrusader its innocent until proven guilty, all that some if not most of those men have proven is that they were poor or could not afford the bail.
That’s the entire reason I was so worried, I was listening to rekeitas live stream so I was mostly expecting a hung jury and a retrial cause they kept pointing out how much the defense was missing, but who knows maybe being able to see the reactions of the jurors to what was being said and many other variables told the defense to hold back and let binger dig his own grave.
Don't forget that Grosskreutz was carrying a firearm with an invalid CCW, and while being a prohibited person. 10 to 1 odds that the ATF doesn't do anything
@Crus Harold He's a revcom chump. I've seen his conduct and the way that he thinks, and he's not smart enough to be of any kind of use to the FBI. Not even as an idiot
There are few things you need to understand about this case: Firstly, the judge acted impeccably. Judge Schroeder is known for giving defendants a fair trial. The reason he didn't grant a mistrial, when the motion for mistrial was first raised with prejudice, was because he wanted to give the jury every opportunity to return a verdict of not guilty. If the jury had returned a verdict of guilty, then the judge would have ruled a mistrial. Had the judge ruled mistrial before any verdict was given, then it wouldn't be possible to return a verdict of not guilty because the trial would have been over. A mistrial with prejudice would mean that the prosecution would not be able to put Kyle on trial again. From Kyle's perspective, even though he walks free in both cases, a "not guilty" verdict is far more valuable, in exonerating him, than a mistrial with prejudice, because a mistrial with prejudice isn't really a verdict at all and people could see it as him being guilty and got off with it. A mistrial with prejudice has greater chance of fuelling riots than a "not guilty" verdict. Here's the thing, the whole case was about not fuelling riots. This trial was a show trial intended to appease the lunatics and then shut them up with a fair verdict. Why was Kyle put on trial when any reasonable person could see, by the evidence, that it was an open and shut self defense case? Had Kyle not been charged and put on trial there would have been backlash by the lunatic fringe of the left and the county didn't want further mayhem. It's cheaper to put on a show trial than clean up further carnage. Did the DA, or anyone else on the prosecution, actually believe Kyle was guilty of anything? I believe the answer is no. I say this because their actions clearly and deliberately pushed the trial towards a mistrial with prejudice, which would provide a safety net for Kyle not going to prison for life if the jury returned a verdict of guilty. Remember, if he was found guilty the judge could then rule it a mistrial. You might wonder how this could even be possible? How can the DA's office do this? Well the DA's office has total immunity, because the DA's office is the state. They only come out if it looking bad. People think the prosecution was being dirty in trying to win, but if you look beneath the surface they were being dirty to prevent an innocent man going to prison. It's been said the the prosecutors job isn't winning, it's to seek the truth and seek justice which they did. Some people don't agree with me on this, but some people still think man went to the moon because just because it looks like they did on the surface.
@@areyouavinalaff i do not think you are correct about the prosecutors. based on the details of their lives, they are very much part of the leftist mob who wanted kyle hung. as far as why they acted so unbelievably? look at every atrocity in history. they were all carried out by people who genuinely believed their cause was just or for the better. the prosecutors behaved so badly simply because they wanted a conviction that the facts and the law, as it *currently* stands, does not support. if you cannot win honestly the only way to win is cheat. further if they were gaming it out, a mistrial with this judge gives them a chance at a trial with a more favorable judge. pushing for a mistrial is just judge shopping for the prosecutors. the government pays for the case so they loose nothing by having two trials. they might however wear down kyle's war chest. that makes a mistrial win win for conviction.
Because when your attacker is nading himself more than firing rounds at you, might as well just stand there and let him commit suicide. The prosecutor brought up witnesses that contradicts their entire movement, talked about things that's totally irrelevant to the case and even went as far as to break court protocols and constitutional rights, if I was the defense council, I would have stood there and do nothing too cuz my client doesn't need to be defended when the prosecutor is making a mockery of himself and the court while self combusting himself at the same point.
Im not an emotional man, but even though Ive already seen this video before, seeing Kyle react to the charges being found not guilty.... it made me feel some things
As a man that’s gone through the court system under false pretense with self defense and was found innocent, this whole situation had me reliving it. Made me honest to God tear up hearing his acquittal, seeing him fall to his chair in happiness and disbelief. We’re proud of you, Kyle.

I'm over in the UK, with zero understanding of our own justice system, let alone the United Stated justice system, yet still I am blown away by how there is people who don't stop and think, "what was his alternative option?" Wild, the whole thing is utterly wild.
i saw people saying "i don't need to look at the evidence, he's guilty" that's when I lose hope in humanity because they lost common sense. this is a huge win for us. however, we just won the battle, we need to win the war"
It amazes me that some of the people with the strongest opinions about the case barely do any research into it beyond the MSM headlines, heck, some of the people on the salt mine that is Twitter right now seem to think that the people Kyle shot were black.
this is like winning D-Day, this may have been a battle, but this battle was the battle that wins the war. now we just need to watch this trickle down through all future cases and protect innocent people.

It should have literally been a 2 hour verdict. He ran away from everyone involved, never provoked them, was there to help, was there legally, carried a gun legally, they all chased him, reached for his gun, beat him, or in one instance had their gun pointed at his head. Textbook self defense. Shouldnt even have been taken to court. The main stream media just wants to get everyones rights and guns taken away. Can’t be the only one who got so into this case (with Kyle only being a few years older than me) that I cried just a little when he gave his statement and when he was acquitted
I had something in my eye a couple of times. I have had to use deadly force before, and completely related to this young man's emotion. It is a really fucked up experience and it doesn't stop after the threat is no longer there. Kyle, unfortunately and wrongfully, had to relive that scenario several hundred more times because of the build up and court process. I know he will end up becoming stupid rich, and rightly so, but I hope he actually gets to start a career in his passion for either law enforcement, or medical first responder. He has a big heart and a desire to help those that feel helpless and/or hopeless.
I was almost brainwashed into thinking Kyle Rittenhouse was the bad guy when all that shit originally went down. Grateful that I'm capable of rational and free thought.
Good for you. It took me almost 6 months to get my sister to stop bring it up. "He killed three back guys for being black!" "He killed only three black guys!" "He killed three kids trying to defend a black guy!" More and more absurd statements that were less and less grounded, even by media narrative standards.
That clip of Kyle getting the verdict makes my eyes watery every time. He should have NEVER been charged. The state should be ashamed of TOTAL disregard for basic self defense law, and putting this kid through it. Hopefully someone who has killed before can let him know that coming at it from logical angle is only way to live with it
Same here and that's because I have been in a situation where I self defended myself as a automatic reaction because of so much fear and had no other way to save myself. I understand how it is to be judged because of a situation people never would understand unless they were in it. And also when he tried to describe the incident and started crying and having a PTSD reaction really made me understand him because I know how it is to have PTSD.
Of course he should have been charged. He killed 2 and wounded another, and until the rights and wrongs of the matter are sorted out, he is a suspect of serious crimes. The place to sort out the matter is the courtroom, not the gut feeling of a prosecutor or cop. But... it seems the system works, and he was acquitted. I think it is kind of important that he went through a trial, even though I think (with my limited knowledge of US laws) he was innocent. Chris Christie said it very well on Bill Maher's Real time: "If you have an objection to the laws, then change the laws. Don't use an individual case to send a broader societal message if the laws don’t cover it."
If you shoot someone in self defense you are going to court no matter what. It just so happens that this time it was a national news story. I'm glad he got off but someone has to verify that it was actually self defense, otherwise any jackass can go shoot someone and claim it was self defense with no investigation.
@@kaasmeester5903 no… it was completely justified to fully investigate the matter for sure, That’s not what happened tho. They brought charges 48 hours after it happened and before and kind of investigation had taken place or at least concluded. They had all the video evidence within days of the event they knew very early on that it was self defense. So, No, this case should never have made it past the evidence gathering phase.
The fact that is came out Not Guilty instead of a mistrial either with prejudice or without is a 10/10 blessing. It’s secure. People still have the right to defend themselves and it’s got even more precedence under dicey situations.

It was not purchased for Kyle. Kyle and a group of people went to Kenosha to help protect his father's business, clean up graffiti and was even administering first aid to RIOTERS. He had the gun with him for protecting himself and his Dad's business. All I stated are actual FACTS. You can look them up for yourself. And yes, if someone tries to bash you over the head with a skateboard, or points a firearm at your or kicks you in the head, then you have every right to defend yourself using any means possible. Watching his reaction hit deep. I worked in a prison and knowing what that life would have held for him, it was relieving to see an innocent kid avoid it.
I saw a good meme, Binger addresses the jury, and says, "if you play the tape backwards, you will see that Rittenhouse house is actually chasing his victims" 😂
No, you gotta be lying. Is there a clip? I wanna see for myself, i can't fucking believe that a full fledged PROSECUTOR would say this shit openly on trial
He did a better job than his real defense attorney, who said: "Assuming everything you've said is true, and that Kyle really did point his gun at him first, does that really count as provocation?" That is borderline malpractice.
@@MistahFox I mean kyle wasn't accused of brandishing but if he was being threatened and pointed his gun to try and get people to stand down can you really blame him? Also usually before you shoot something you point your gun at it first....

I can only imagine what was going through the guys mind, and just imagining myself in that same situation, both of us being the same age, similar background, etc, that shit hit hard. I’m very glad to see he walked free, and if riots come due to that, he can count on having a few extra rifles by his side.
The fact that he immediately just *fell* when he heard that last "not guilty" really shows how scared he was. Everyone trying to say he's a murderer, y'all this is a scared kid with his whole life ahead of him and that's all there is to it
yeah his life will not be the same again but I pray that it will get better over time, And may he gets protection from those who will seek to harass him because of the verdict
The defense didn't have to do anything, the prosecution team literally freed him themselves. It was a cut and dry case of self defense. Thank God our justice system still has some honor and honesty.
The defense was a fucking joke tho. There were so many things they should have objected to that the prosecution was pulling there that even the Judge had to step in and YELL AT BINGER FOR 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT. At no point did the defense do a thing right. But god am I glad the guy's been set free from all charges.
You know I agree with what you said, but honestly the facts and evidence of this case were infallible. I think any prosecutor working against the mountain of evidence clearly showing self defense would look like a fool. The cherry of top was the dumbass muzzle flashing the whole jury though, can't come back from that imo.
My dad was in the kitchen listening to the radio when he randomly yelled "YESSS, GET IN" followed by him saying that kyle was found not guilty on all charges, so that made his day that day, also according to a ex detective in the UK, Out of every 100 shots fired by armed UK police, only 13 hit there target, so that means Kyle is more accurate then trained police by accident.
@@firstconsul7286 most civilians will shoot better than military/Le anyway. Also most UK police officers aren't routinely armed (excluding the PSNI) and only ARU and CTSFO officers are
@@lance862 Armed UK police aren't called in very often so when they roll out, they roll out hard. If I'm not mistaken they had H&K manufacture a semi-auto only variant for them so they could have a carbine, they used to have L85s and with the terror attacks that happened with the London bombings in the 2000s they have G36s, when the ISIS attacks started in the 2010s they also got ARs and MP7s. I went to London once, I was stuck outside my inn for like an hour because the police cordoned off the entire street to arrest someone, and they all had MP5s. As someone who is leaning left I am so extatic that he is free of all charges. Regardless of political spectrum this guy didn't deserve to be put through all of this. He now has to live with the fact that he killed someone even if it was in self defense and I cannot begin to compreh how this could affect him in the future. I genuinely hope that Kyle has a wonderful, long, and calm life. God bless you Rittenhouse and rot in hell antifa.
I love how binger didn't pull the charging handle and check to see if clear before keeping his finger on the trigger and pointing a rifle at everyone in the courtroom
In some states, brandishing a weapon will land you in jail. Loaded or not. That idiot should be charged for that, and given 30 days in the county jail, and 500 hour of community service, cleaning weapons for the police department.
The detective beside him that handed him the weapon clears it each time they pull it out, but it was still a bit reckless [also, I’m pretty sure he wasn’t pointing it directly at people during the live video. Perspectives ‘n stuff]
@@Shepard_AU It's the one thing that is driving me nuts. Yes Binger is a nutjob, yes he should be (and rightly so) lampooned for his disregard for firearms safety, but he DID NOT point the rifle at either the audience or the jury. Ok, small edit for the confused. I own the gun and have bought it through legal means, i.e a gunstore. You CAN own a fire arm legally but it's not something you have the right to. In the end, I think we should all take away the most important key point of all of this, in thanks to the prosecution: "Everyone takes a beating".
After the first charge was dropped due to Kyle not being guilty, you could already tell how his heart rate went up, he started breathing faster and over all he was truly happy. I'm not even surprised he fell down on his knees at the end, I'm happy for him.

The prosecution should be awarded for being this year's best defense attorneys.
The defense were flummoxed. They had no idea what aide to be on.

Being a white non-supremist has its perks.
I've heard conflicting information about him being a prohibited person, but he definitely was illegally carrying
Binger helped Kyle win almost more than his defense did lmao

Hopefully someone who has killed before can let him know that coming at it from logical angle is only way to live with it
Oohraahh

Anyone holding a weapon in public should abide by the gun rules. Especially in a court room like dude lol
If people would actually read the articles put out by correspondents who were present in the courtroom they would know that he pointed it at a wall between the jury box and the spectator gallery (Also something he shouldn't do).

I have not had to use my weapon to harm another being, nor do I wish for that day to happen, but If I have to defend myself and those I love, I would have no choice.
Rittenhouse deserved his freedom.
Ok, small edit for the confused. I own the gun and have bought it through legal means, i.e a gunstore. You CAN own a fire arm legally but it's not something you have the right to. The government can refuse your application for owning a weapon and even take them away, it's a privelage and not a right.
You have that right.

Yow. Filipino here too. Hopefully we could own guns too in the future. Too bad only the bad people here have guns.
