Hello! We do not currently offer a Bilateral Safety Line, however we offer the ability to combine to Safety Lines for a child with bilateral cochlear implants. These items can be found on our online store at bit.ly/4609elH, or by contacting our customer support team at 1-800-483-3123
Just got Kanso 2. Very similar in sound quality as Nucleus 7. However, too heavy and falls off. Had 4i magnet. Switched to 5i, the strongest allowed, but still falls off easily. If you move your head a little too hard, it falls off. No way I'm wearing headband in public as a 50 year old man. Only option is using is at home while sitting still or come up with a clever hair pin. Fake marking by cochlear showing a guy jogging and playing with a child.
@@elizabethgray6313 first wow you replied to my comment even though yours is a year old so thanks for that usually people don't even bother replying to recent comments 😁 ok so I got the north east Mississippi thing but what's the s in nims stand for?
Hello Alliya. Unlike hearing aids, the cochlear implant is a prosthetic device and as such is routinely covered by insurance and Medicare. The first step is to go to a clinic to have a cochlear implant evaluation to determine if your hearing loss makes you an eligible candidate for a cochlear implant. To find a clinic close to you please visit our find a clinic at bit.ly/3jlbNt9.
Hi there do you have Kanso 2 safety lines that can be clipped onto a shirt for Bilateral reciepients?

Will the software pad pull hair out. Isn't the side that attaches to the head sticky?
Can’t wait to start dance lessons with mine
