I answered a similar question in my science center interview about dealing with a difficult _co-worker._ Basically, how would I handle a situation where we had a disagreement. My answer was in so many words "I'd do my best to come to an understanding" and she _really_ seemed to like that answer. I remember it being so damn easy and before I knew it, I was given an orientation date and have been working as a general utility worker/food service associate for two years there.
@@Snagco I had that problem. I've tried to explain How I would deal with it, but they insisted on "tell us a real experience you had!" and i've explained that I never worked with customers, but in a team, so I've tried to describe what I would do with colleagues, and they insisted on a REAL ONE with customers, with DETAILS. I've then explained a real scenario regarding Linux and Particle accelerator, as they wanted rea details, and they were not happy, as they still wanted a customer one and they didnt understand anything. At the end they skip question and were not happy at all....oh btw, it was APPLE.
Hi there, can I get some help on answering this question How did you exceed a customer expectation? I got qsked this question in my previous interview and answered with the star method, was this ok? Would really appreciate the advice for this question. Your videos are helpful
i feel like im an looser... day after day im loosing great opportunities coz of my bad interview, i loose all my confidence, i dont have ability to describe myself in a professtional way, i always fail to answer "tell me about your self?" question and always fail to let them know about my abilities and fail to ask them that they should at least give me a chance.😢💔💔

i understand this was my problem i use to even say interviews when they asked what was my weakness LOL but i soon realized thats not a good answer. Just keep at it someone will say yes eventually.
I had a interview asked me about 20 tell me about questions. Really unprepared and struggle to answers those. It is just a entry level job! So cheer up. Have fun and try to prepare more stories!
Sorry that you feel that way. Success & confidence comes from practice. Use the internet... UA-cam...google and practice, practice practice! Best of luck. You’re a winner ☺️
Good video short and answers the question. i cant understand why someone makes a video for min for one question, If we watched their videos for every question that would take all day. thanks.
I hate over-broad questions. How does one even answer this? I work seasonal security at sports arenas. Guests come through with all manner of contraband they know in advance they're not supposed to bring, ignore instructions to empty their pockets prior to going through a metal detector, complain about having to leave something behind or the prospect of going back to a vehicle to put it away so as not to have to throw it out...in those instances, all one can do is remind the guests that these are rules set down by NFL (rules, I generally don't add aloud, that have been in place literally for years). Sometimes that's all one can do. There is no "right" answer.
Hi Rafiana Tuni - Great question. You can pull from any volunteer experience, team experience or school experience that would fit. For example, when you worked on a group project but someone wasn't pulling their weight - how you dealt with that. The employer will be impressed with your ability to adapt. Good luck! ~ Kim
That's because its a blueprint. Your answer should show that you can: 1. Assess the situation 2. Fix the problem 3. Have the customer and employer come out on top.
The guy who answered the question correctly was great, he should be in more of your videos!
Thank you guys! I watched your videos and studied the questions and I got the job today!! 😃🎉 hired on the spot! 🎢

Great question, Brittany Bolwerk! Let the interviewer know that and explain the steps you would take if you came across a difficult customer.
Alright! Thank you!!

Could you please help with how to answer, "Tell us about the most difficult person you have worked with?"
Wow this was really helpful 😍😍
How are people who apply for a job for the first time supposed to answer such situational questions? Like fresh graduates with no job experience?

You're super cute 🥰❤
