I’d definitely pick the NSX over that R8. Like you said the NSX is the thinking mans supercar and can fly under the radar.
I have the nsx 2020 white and i love my car and when i get in my car i feel like a million bucks and when i get into my friends lambo , mclaren i have to scream to chat with them , it is so loud in the car and i just hate it, yes its fast but when we race its all about who launches faster , our cars are fast but after putting science of speed my 0-60 is 2.5 sec and quartermile at 10.6 , i really dont care about top speed because ill never do that on city streets .

Nsx is ahead of it's time! And not because it's a cut price 918 but beciase its ahead of all the big brands like porsche Lambo McLean in the sport and super sport market. In brining out a hybrid power unit in a super sports car. I can't wait for the first line of hybrid 911s R8 Lambo. Ferrari SF90 has the same architecture as the NSX twin turbo petrol engine with electric torque fill motor between the petrol engine and the gearbox. Plus two independent electric motors up front. Suddenly the nsx weight will be right on par with the rest of the hybridise super cars and yes the new NSX isn't as quick as the SF90 but it's not far off!! And the NSX costs less then half of the price the SF90!! I would love to own one! And yes I would delay the sh*t out of it!! I love the looks and the idea that it's so technologically advance!! Ps well the whole idea of the gen one NSX was to have an everyday sports/performance car. All cars from that era were well not grate the only reason why nsx is so praised is because the conetion with Senna and the fact that it achually worked and was reliable! But to drive it was slow and boring in low revs to be good in town (same like the new one in quiet mode) and fun and exciting in hight revs after the vtech kicked in. Same like the new one in sport plus.

Wonderful production value. Cheers. I’m am curious why you chose to consistently drive it in Quiet mode (as you demonstrated and mentioned doing so on the highway) when your priority is to feel excited every time you drive a supercar. Why even bother?
Thanks! To be honest I drive motorways in quiet/comfort in any car I have, to test or my own. Can’t speed, and they’re boring places at the best of times so just sit back, relax and out some tunes or a podcast on. Find an enjoyable road and then unleash the fun beast 😁

I have the R8 and thinking of changing to the NSX. Considered a McLaren 570s but quite frankly their build quality is junk. Just search online for some of the horror stories people have had with them and McLaren after sales service.
I would get as much seat time in one before you buy, they’re very different cars. Nice choice to have though!
honda philosophy about supercar is different from the other manufacturers, they think they can change people mind with their technology, they are too proud of themselves. the result, sales are not as expected. remove your heavy hybrid techs, reduce price, downsize the rear., makeup the front .
the Audi is ugly!!! and looks dated... NSX all the way.
Is underrated because is talking rubbish !!!
