This video was good but I found that using Windex Multi-surface vinegar worked the best for my solution and I turned it on for 5 minutes with the bag over it and took all of the dirt that was built up on it away.

I moved to Louisiana this year where the humidity is ridiculous and so to keep my utility bills below $40 I have several space fans. I recently adopted a cat which seems to significantly add to the dust factor now that it's summertime.

This vinegar is good for small rust and dust. It cannot be good for restoring rusted fans. Good idea👍💯🙏
