I’m obsessed with his story and how he got started! It motivates me within my own business. I can confidently say this is his best interview. Because of YOUR questions! Great work!

Liking the concept of inviting personal "famous people" acquaintances to hang out as "Friends of Todd's" and just letting them post about stuff like they do anyway, vs paying influencers to attend events like restaurant openings formally... (discussed around 5:00)

How many onces are the chicken fingers?
Sometimes the chicken fingers are skimpy.
How are the chicken fingers kept consistent?

We'd all be better off if more business owners had the outlook that you should build a business that you'd want to hold on to forever, instead of adopting the "fattening it till it's juicy enough for PE to give me a juicy check."
There's no knowing how much innovation may have been killed off and how much economic activity lost (as in workers who lost their jobs could no longer go on consuming goods & services as they were before) due to PE takeovers.
