- This week, Jason is joined by professional fashion model, entrepreneur, former pageant queen and Bachelor Nation fan favorite, Hannah Godwin!
Hannah rose to fame after her time on season 23 of the Bachelor and season six of Bachelor in Paradise where she eventually got engaged to her now husband, Dylan Barbour. Prior to being on the shows, Hannah had utilized her business degree towards a career in social media which she has been about to carry over into a successful career combining professional modeling, brand partnerships, blogging, and even founding her own photo and video editing app, SETI.
Hannah gives insight to how her insomnia is impacting her day to day life, how she is working though her sleep issues, why she decided to do pageants for awhile, how she got into the modeling side of her career by stepping out from behind the camera and hustling, how her internship in LA resulted in meeting the friends who got her on the Bachelor, and what it was like being in the running for The Bachelorette. Hannah also reveals the importance of separating her life on reality TV from the modeling world, the value in creating a good community, the value in staying relatable and grounded, what it was like starting out in modeling and how she was able to build her own opportunities, what she plans to dive into in the future, behind the scenes of the wedding, what inspired her to start SETI, and if she has legally changed her last name. I adore Hanna but coming on to a financial podcast she could have given a few figures or approximate figures to add value to this podcast. Jason you are so talented at interviewing and hyping people up! This man needs his own show
Hannah and her mom’s relationship sounds so heartwarming - you can tell she was raised by a good human being. I’ve only heard lovely things from people about running into Hannah while out and about!
She has to be the most poised, even keeled energy I’ve ever seen on this Podcast. Wow! Confident yet Calm. So calm. 😅

Omg, I can barely breathe watching that bit about the music video! I had to calm down and watch it again ….i was freaking dying laughing! I had to rewatch it a few times , cause I was laughing so hard i missed stuff. My sides still hurt

So strange that I stumbled upon this podcast as I sit here speaking to my husband about what I'm going to do about my chronic insomnia?! PLEASE definitely address it now at your age. Today I turned 70 and have had insomnia for over 30 years. Could write the book on sleep hygiene, sleep studies, therapy , etc. Am taking meds which I wish I knew more about their additive qualities years ago when I started. I guess what I'm saying is that the drugs they prescribe are awful in the long run..... extremely hard to detox from so if you can do it naturally that would be a plus. I will definitely follow both of your journeys and wish you good luck and good health!

The modeling information in this video isn't accurate. Most models are not over 6' -- girls are generally between 5'9" and 5'11". And the majority of runway shows do not pay their models 10k each.
Hannah seems like a great person and is gorgeous -- but just wanted to chime in here regarding this because the modeling industry can be elusive.
For reference, I was signed with top agencies in NYC (e.g. Wilhelmina, Elite, etc).
Facts. I love her but there’s absolutely no way she’s making crazy amounts of money from modeling. I’ve only seen her walk on runways for Sheri Hill. She mainly gets all her money from sponsored posts and brands, which there’s nothing wrong with that she makes a ton from it. Dylan’s mom is well off and he is financially successful too

Insomnia is tough. I 'cured' mine by doing the 4 7 8 breathing technique. 90 seconds twice a day, once before getting out of bed and before going to bed worked for me. Also helps with my anxiety. Never thought something so simple could work, but it did.

Love Hannah but she needs to eliminate the words “like” and literally” from her vocab and she would come off way more eloquent, well spoken, and intelligent. She has so much knowledge but her credibility plummets when she talks like a 5th grader with every other word as literally and like. Every interview I’ve Watched of hers is the same. If it wasn’t for her beauty I would have skipped to the next vid. Jason is a class act with his interviewing skills. Love him! But ty nonetheless!!

there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking medication that is prescribed to you. ☺️
Prescription drug use is a slippery slope, some people become addicted very easily whether it's prescribed by a doctor or not. Many doctors create addicts.
