What a fun day…and those bears!!🐻🦌..not to mention the deer 💕 I would be able to park there and just watch them..I’m a big animal lover😊..thank you for this little adventure I truly enjoyed it
I love Cades cove I have been there many times and always enjoy it to the max, the problem is there is always somebody pushing me faster than I want to go lol..
Great video. I love that place. Brings back lot of great memories. Took the kids at least twice a year when they were younger. Now they take me and they're kids. Thanks for sharing your video.
So glad this was first on your channel today. I hadn't seen a video of yours from when you had your beautiful little dog. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Cades Cove is so beautiful
The roaring fork trail is great 4 seeing bears, usually see several bears, usually every time through,we come up once or twice a year,& c them there almost every trip
Hey guys. Lost my Tumblr acct and remembered your videos so came back and looked you up. Park is still closed for now but we have to get rid of the Covid-19 and get things back to the way it was. Since last year I installed and dash cam with a huge card for lots of storage. Look for a Metalic Grey Wrangler Sport 4 door. And don't forget to wave. Take care and be safe.
Nice view you have around you , so pretty with that tree that is staying in the middel on the field ...One thing i fear is bear, i have the same nightmare over and over, had it for years.. they are very beautiful on distance :D
When we were at Cades Cove the traffic wasn't bad at all there wasn't much and we didn't see any bears but we always go around November our Christmas. But the gift shop we buy a lot of jellies and sings there to help support the cove
Since everything is closed because of Mr Mc nasty I've been catching up on some of your older vlogs. My heart skips a beat when I see that sweet Honey Bear.
Love Cades Cove. Another point for tourists especially in summer is to use the restrooms at the mill-ranger station. It gets very backed up in the summer. It is an all day trek. The old churches, homesteads and cemeteries are great to walk around.
I would love to take my daughter to Cades Cove one day when we are up in the mountains. We usually just go to Dollywood because it is so dang hard to get off work when you work for the State. Our Dollywood trips are usually a drive there one day, go to Dollywood the next, drive back the next day. I actually started a savings jar so we can stay at the Inn at Christmas Place next year😊
Great choice in going now right before it gets too crazy. This is one of the absolute best drive thru of Cades Cove I've ever seen. Such a great representation of the experience. "Bear jam" sounds like something you'd buy at Ranger Bob's Trading Post in Gatlinburg. :) We rarely see a bear when we go in September/October... Not feeding time then I guess!
That is really scary how people risk their lives for a picture of a bear. I love wildlife too but they are nuts. They are truly pushing those bears and one day there will be an attack. Of course the bear will be blamed not the person who antagonized them. Nice video. Thank you for sharing. Such a beautiful area.
Will thanks for the little mini vacation feels like where you were all there I just can't believe how people are so dumb with those bears they must not visit very often
ya I personally like to been further away but I was stuck in the middle of the jam and just so happens the bear was heading towards us but I was standing at the door of the jeep and Dawn was in the jeep😵 Thank's Gerrald.
Which is best place to see bears in July, Cade’s cove or roaring fork? How far are these from Pigeon Forge. What are the park hours? How long does it take to drive through these?
I was so upset with those people me and a other lady tried so hard to tell them to back off!!! In fact I cut a part out of the film because of the language that was used by one guy not having us telling him what to do. notus the guy with that big camera it dose not look like it in the video but that bear was only two feet from him. Thank's Suzie
yankeeinthesouth From the area and visit frequently during the year. Good job providing visual beauty of the area. Only problem, if the bear had went after someone, they would be screaming for the bear to be put down. Solution, put the dumb tourist down. Problem solved. Keep up the good videos.
It saddens me to see people that think the bears are tame until someone gets clawed or chawed... and when that happens unfortunately the bear gets a death sentence .,
I live here and I swear thes people are idiots! that was a baby where the hell do you think its momma is? I came across some idiots in Gatlinburg and the Rangers were cuffing them! they got between a cub and its momma and the bear was was in the valley coming up and they just stood there till the Rangers popped up thank god! and they were pissed! I heard him say "do you know the fine your getting ready to have to pay?....
You just have to tough it out. No rest rooms along the road. We were recently stuck in a bear jam. Just literally crept along for over 2 hrs. By the time we got to the spot where the bear was, it was so far off the road, you really couldn't see it. Cades Cove is such a beautiful place. Sometimes you see bears, sometimes you don't. Deer are more plentiful. But we see deer in our yard all the time.
As a hunter that has been charged by a 500 lb boar, not smart to be standing out there when you know the bear is that close. A good photo ain’t worth it!
Just got back from my 3rd Trip there. How did I miss the Mill??! What would you consider off season? We spent some time in Traffic late October. It was so much better then early October. When do you recommend as off Season? God bless to both of you and many continued happy trails.
Also be sure to take a pot to p** in. God knows there are not many facilities in Cades Cove and the traffic is HORRENDOUS. Two reasons we will never go back.
What a fun day…and those bears!!🐻🦌..not to mention the deer 💕 I would be able to park there and just watch them..I’m a big animal lover😊..thank you for this little adventure I truly enjoyed it

Great video. I love that place. Brings back lot of great memories. Took the kids at least twice a year when they were younger. Now they take me and they're kids. Thanks for sharing your video.

I have seen people literally chase a bear down to get a photo. Thank's Rick
Like the dog.
Enjoyed your video
That was to close for me that could have turned bad real fast. Awesome video . I can’t wait till July. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻
ya I personally like to been further away but I was stuck in the middle of the jam and just so happens the bear was heading towards us but I was standing at the door of the jeep and Dawn was in the jeep😵 Thank's Gerrald.
Thanks man for vid be careful of the bear's they will attack if you get to close
Very true Thank's Don
Which is best place to see bears in July, Cade’s cove or roaring fork? How far are these from Pigeon Forge. What are the park hours? How long does it take to drive through these?
Cafes Cove closes at dark and its the best bet to see the bears about a half a day to drive through their about 6 hours thanks jill
I felt like I was right there but those people are asking to be attacked
I was so upset with those people me and a other lady tried so hard to tell them to back off!!! Nice Video, looks beautiful there, how far away from Pigeon Forge is that?
Its close to 25 miles. the drive there from Pigeon Forge is awesome Thank's
I love cades cove, but I have gone through it twice and never seen a bear. :(
Thanks Curtis
Go early spring. Seems to be the best time. Seen 8 bears this week there.
Order the lime mug because Honey Bear is on it.
Your welcome thanks
😀
Ok,2-6 hours driving in cades cove? What happen if somebody need to use the restroom?

My one regret was not seeing any bears in Gatlinburg. My brother saw one on the way up the Anakeeska. And my niece saw one near a Dollar General.
We seen more this year then past years Thanks Chicago Fan😁👍👍
We went through Cades Cove in Oct 2019 and it was very nice, but we didn't see any bears.
As a hunter that has been charged by a 500 lb boar, not smart to be standing out there when you know the bear is that close. A good photo ain’t worth it!
Thanks for sharing All Things Magnum
You guys from ohio?
We from Michigan thanks Michael

So sad I don’t know ant to ever not be able to go to Cade’s cove
its beautiful Thank's Suzie
Some of those people were way too close to the bear, yourselves included.
Also be sure to take a pot to p** in. God knows there are not many facilities in Cades Cove and the traffic is HORRENDOUS. Two reasons we will never go back.
Thanks Cynthia
