  • HOW TO MAKE "NUTELLA"?😍 This healthier & vegan "nutella" recipe is a perfect treat to top your toasts with and dip strawberries in🤩 You only need 4 ingredients and a high-speed blender or food processor! So easy and yummy!
    Healthier Vegan ”Nutella”:
    1 cup hazelnuts (240 ml)
1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)
1/4 cup cacao powder (60 ml)
1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut milk, to taste (the thick part) (60 - 120 ml)
    Peeling and roasting the hazelnuts:
    1. Spread hazelnuts on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Toast in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes. The hazelnuts are ready when the shells are a bit browned. Keep a close eye on them to make sure they won’t burn
    2. When the hazelnuts are ready, take them out of the oven. Let them cool down for a few minutes. Then place the hazelnuts inside a clean dish towel and rub them vigorously. This way you will remove as much of the skin as possible.
    Making the ”Nutella”
    1. Put the hazelnuts into a food processor/blender. Mix until they become fine meal or if you want to make it extra smooth, mix until it looks like peanut butter. Add the cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut milk and mix until smooth.
    2. Enjoy!:)
    3. Store in an air-tight jar in the fridge. Take the “nutella” out of the fridge about 10 minutes before serving, so it softens a little bit

This is a great recipe! I especially like that it is vegan. I only cook plant based so I’m always looking for more recipes. I think my family will enjoy this. I make cooking videos too. I’d love to learn more from each other!! Never stop learning and growing!

I used the thick part of canned coconut milk which gives this recipe a super creamy consistency😍 Other milks should work too, coconut milk just makes it creamier☺️ I used pure maple syrup in this😁
